Phenomenal location and exactly as  described!

Well decorated, great location, beautiful views of the mountains, nice pool and hot tub. Lovely get away with almost everything you want for a north shore vacation rental.

Great location in Princeville just a short drive from cute Hanalei town! House was immaculate, lots of communication and local property manager was responsive via text when we had a question about check in timing. This is in the Villas of Kamil'i complex and the views from our unit were INCREDIBLE! That alone made this a memorable stay, but the good location, clean space, free parking, and the beach/water equipment (beach chairs, beach towels, outside hose for sand, etc) made it an easy stay. Unit is right behind the pool area which was fine and clean, but honestly we were mostly at the beach.

Amazing stay with the most gorgeous mountain view (my favorite thing about the place)! This unit was very clean and had everything my family needed for our stay in Kauai. Perfect location for a short drive to many beaches and nearby shops/restaurants.

Stunning and wide mountain view from the balcony. Truly it’s hard to imagine a better view. The home itself is lovely with high quality furniture in the Hawaiian style. The property managers at Gather were responsive and helpful throughout.

Great layout affording lots of privacy. Two large master bedrooms, beautiful views of the mountains. Quiet neighbourhood and close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

My family of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Easy drive to shopping and all of the beautiful places on the north end of the island. Would definitely stay again on our next visit.

The home was beautiful and it was nice to come to after excursions. Waking up to the mountains, water falls, trees, flowers, and colorful birds was special. We will be back!

Aloha! Let me start by saying my wife and I spent HOURS researching places both on the north and south sides of Kauai. Almost to the point of paralysis by analysis. We finally decided to stay here along with our three daughters. It was the BEST decision we have made in a long time. The view of the mountain from the villa was nothing short of spectacular. Trust me, the pictures you see online are nothing in comparison to what it looks like in real time. The home was beautiful and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly with everyone having plenty of space. You could have easily rented this with several couples as well. The kitchen/family room/dining room was fantastic and allowed us to cook some meals at home while there. The home had beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach towels and more! We enjoyed the short drive to Hanalei Bay for beaches, restaurants and sunsets and the area is very walkable with my wife and I enjoying daily morning walks.

Wonderful quiet area, we loved coming home after exploring the amazing Garden Isle. The mountain views were even more stunning with waterfalls, plus lush greenery and flowers everywhere. The sky beautifully finished house had plenty of space for our family of 5 adults to gather together and also spend time alone. We made many meals in the well stocked kitchen and loved the ice options from the fridge for our Mai Tai’s. Being right beside the pool/hot tub/BBQ was perfect! We could quickly get to the market and drive to Hanalei (rain closed the road a couple of times and we were grateful to be staying here). Great selection of tv viewing options (cable and streaming) for the rainy days and furniture was super comfy. We loved the beach chairs, towels, and coolers - they came with us everywhere!! When we come back to Kauai we will book here again.

The property is clean and lovely. The handbook was very helpful - what to do with recycling, trash, check -in & out. There are several books in the home about the history of the area, very interesting to learn about Hanaleai Town. I felt we were respectful and quiet - I met some of the permanent residents and got a feel for what it'l like to actually live on the island. I appreciate the tips and suggestions for expeditions!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family! Clean, comfortable, and the views are breathtaking. My favorite moments we breakfast on the lanai with local birds. The kids loved the pool. Thank you so much!

This property was perfect for our family of 6 during our vacation to Kauai. We had all the comforts of home and appreciated the use of beach equipment. The villa was a bit warm in the evening, but cooled down at night.

Had a great time staying here, the location was close to Hanalei/Princeville area which is beautiful this time of year. No A/C in the house, which we knew, but just to extra highlight for folks who get hot easily, it can get a little warm in the summer. Again, enjoyed the stay and vacation!

Fantastic condo. Beautiful decor and filled with everything you need for a great stay from beach gear to kitchen utensils to a washer and dryer for clothes. Close by wonderful beaches and a few minutes to Hanalei. Love this place.

This was an amazing place to stay. Beautiful views of the mountains and when the morning clouds have disappeared you can see an amazing waterfall! The home is very clean and beautiful and felt like home away from home. I would definitely recommend this home as a place to spend some time.

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous condo. It had everything we needed to enjoy the beautiful area. We walked to local beaches and our evening walks led to perfect spots to enjoy the sunsets. The condo is clean and very comfortable. We definitely hope to stay again.

Incredible place to stay. View is breathtaking. The mountain and layered surroundings do not look real—it’s that beautiful! Location and amenities were top notch. Property manager was also amazing with her prompt responsiveness to our inquiries and getting our issues resolved quickly. Mahalo, until we meet again!

We had a great stay! The listing said 2 king beds, but there was only 1 king and 2 queens. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Wonderful stay! Great views, kitchen has everything you could ever want, we loved having our own bathrooms and was a great location. You can’t go wrong with this place.
