Family Trip for 60th Birthday

This home was perfect for our group of 10! It had everything we needed - plenty of plates, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. It even had a gas grill for cooking out! Communication with property management was easy and always with a quick response. It was comfortable, quiet, and beautiful; 10 out of 10 would recommend for others, and hope to stay again someday in the future!!

Home is very spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you would need, as advertised.  Fantastic quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. Rooms are large and beds / pillows were very comfortable.  We did not use the pool due to so many scheduled activities but it was nice and clean.  Also, nice having extra refrigerator outside at the pool area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay; quiet, peaceful area surrounded by golf course, mountain and ocean beauty. Place was very comfortable and fit all of our needs and wants. Made for a relaxing week in Kauai

The home is just beautiful! Fully stocked kitchen. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful sunsets. We used the outdoor seating area alot. The property manager was quick to respond to any of our questions. The bunk beds off the king bedroom was perfect for my grandsons and the parents. Hope to return sooner than later.

The place where awesome memories are made. The house has amazing energy and is very well stocked for a comfortable stay. We travel a lot and use STR on a regular. This house is one of the best so far. Highly recommend the location

We loved the large entertaining area upstairs, as well has comfortable bedrooms with each bathroom. The location was great and we also appreciated the extras such as beach the beach gear.

Wow- what a great property. Our family of 5 had an incredible time in this high end house. The home was spacious and in great condition. Kitchen was huge, modern, and well stocked. Our favorite things of this house were: the lanai with gorgeous mountain and ocean views, the great room off the lanai, super comfortable beds with en suites in all bed rooms. The house was packed with the extras like beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and coolers. There is a grapefruit tree in the yard and every morning we picked them and made juice with the juicer in the kitchen. Gather vacations was easy to deal with and helped correct an issue with the initial booking that was our fault. We will be back!

Great house. We had 3 couples and tot worked perfectly. Easy to go on walks, watch golfers, and a close drive to everything on the north shore. Our contact, Sophia, was awesome and very responsive. Would stay here when in Kauai again.

The bunk beds close to another bedroom was perfect for my 6 and 3 year old granddaughters. There were beach towels, chairs and umbrella's available for us to take to the beach. The location right on the golf course was so beautiful. Definitely a 5 out of 5 home!

Very nice property with a fantastic location and view of the sunsets. Well maintained. The pool was so nice to have when we wanted to just relax at home. Large kitchen with all the amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Nicely done little expensive but needed the room for the family. a/c in every room. little ones loved the pool and tiki bar. They had all the toys for the beach. great stay

Great property in a lovely convenient quiet location. The property is well appointed and has everything you will need. Beds are very comfy for a good nights sleep as well. Elite go above and beyond to assist even sending your clothes back when you leave them in the dryer!

Great house. Great location if you decide to stay in the north of Kauai. Not far to Anini Beach or Hanalei. Saenz Ohana is also not far for a great breakfast.

We are in love. We couldn’t have loved our stay at this home any more than we did. The house is perfect for a family of 5 (or more!), and you can’t beat the location. We were within 10 minutes of so many great restaurants, shops, and beaches, both in and around Princeville and in Hanalei. This home and the property management team far exceeded our expectations. We’re always hesitant to say that anything was “perfect,” but this home was the springboard for our perfect Kauai vacation. It was impeccably clean, had the most comfortable beds, and had all of the boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas needed. We’re already planning how we can return to this house soon because our girls (9, 8, and 4) had the time of their lives. Between the luau at Tahiti Nui, horseback raining at Princeville Ranch, surf lessons at Hawaiian Surfing Adventures, and many hikes and adventures at various beaches in between, we had the best time ever. Sophia, our property management contact, couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. If we could give 10 stars, we would! AMAZING!!

The house was perfect for our 2 families. 4 adults and 4 children. Beautiful home, clean, plenty of space and great location. Would stay here again anytime!

Perfect place for holidays and views.

Great house for a large family or two families. Each room with its own bathroom and AC, beautiful views from the upstairs living room and balcony makes this a luxurious and functional home. Awesome set of beach gear including toys and chairs and an outside shower for cleanup. The pool is more of a standing pool than a swimming pool given it's size, and it doesn't get sun, but nice to have along with the outside bar that makes grilling a breeze.

One of my favorite rentals I have done on air b n b. The house is beautiful with all bedrooms on the bottom floor. The top floor is where we all gathered as chef Loren holly from kimo catering made all our meals. We ate on the lanai overlooking the napali coast. Worth every penny ! ❤️

We had a great time at this property. The property was super clean with ac which we loved. There were several beaches and sites that were a short 10-15 minute walk from the property. Also Hanalei is just a short drive away.

Perfect home for a family of seven. I would highly recommend this home.

This house is in a very quiet, peaceful area right on the golf course!

They have everything you need and the location is close to Hanalei beach.

We are three couples that tried on 2 separate occasions to make it to Kauai in the last 2 years but could not because of Covid and the lockdowns. Third time was the charm. It was our 4th time to the island and 3rd time in Princeville so we were familiar with the area. This rental property was fantastic. Bedrooms are downstairs and quite spacious and had a lot of different surfaces and storage to put our "stuff." Bedrooms were quite comfortable with the air conditioning and fans. All six of us felt that the mattresses were excellent and all of us slept well. Upstairs has the living area and outdoor lanai. The pictures on the website don't do the views justice. You can see the mountains, the water and the golf course. The back yard (golf course) gives a sense of space and not having the view of someone's fence or back yard. Everything was clean and well maintained. The lay out was fantastic in that at no time did anyone feel cramped or on top of each other. We ate most meals at the house and the kitchen has pretty much anything you could want or need. It was a great vacation and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this house again.

Perfect for our family. There for a wedding. Loved the outdoor table with view of golf course. Also, can sit and watch sunset from same area. Swimming pool hit with the little ones. Is more shaded then expected.

We had a wonderful time here together with family and friends. House was great for all 8 of us, plenty of room for everyone. Only downside was the construction around the mudslide close by. It was hard to get around the area. Would love to come back here.

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Plenty of places to walk in the neighborhood. Bright and airy home. Just as described. Will be back again!
