I cannot speak high enough about our experience with Elite Pacific Vacations! The service and information provided was everything that one would hope for and need, taking the stress out of all the particulars. Our vacation rental was lovely in everyday; immaculate, and the owners clearly anticipated our every need.

We spend a wonderful two weeks with our family at this property. The location is very nice and private. The property was clean and well stocked for any type of cooking that you would like to do. Our children enjoyed the pool and hot tub, where you had the ability to control the temperature (which we loved!). The house is decorated very tastefully and there was plenty of room for us and our three daughters to have room to play together or have some privacy to ourselves. There were lots of games and pool toys, etc. at the house so we did not even really need all the other extra toys we brought. We would absolutely recommend this place!

Our two families (kids 16, 15, 13, 13, 9) had a fabulous time at this house. The house was well stocked with everything we could need: extra towels for pool and to bring to beach, extra snorkels, water shoes, plenty of kitchen appliances, dishes, etc. The game room was a huge hit and we enjoyed spending time out there after a fun day exploring the island. The house location was also great - just about a 10 minute drive into Kona and about 30 minutes down to Captain Cook. There are actually 4 bedrooms, the one not listed is right off the kitchen with a double bed, shelves with baskets for clothes storage, and a TV. Perfect for kids sharing or maybe a single adult. Adults should get the large master bedrooms 🙂 Pool was loads of fun and we enjoyed the hot tub every evening while drinking some cocktails and watching the sunset.

Really just an amazing place to stay! Our group of 10 (my parents, my sister and her family of 4, and my family of 4 - ages 1.5 to 77) had a splendid time! There was plenty for everyone to do when we were hanging out ag home (the game room was fantastic) and enough space to accommodate everyone! Everyone loved it!

I highly recommend this beautiful home. Everything was top notch and my wife loved it so much she wants to buy the house., lol.

Our family of 7, including 2 grandparents in their 70s and 2 children ages 5 and 8, experienced an absolute perfect week at Ohana Le'ale'a. We had everything we need for a relaxing vacation- a fully appointed kitchen with high end appliances and furnishings, 4 spacious, comfortable bedrooms with plush mattresses and bedding, and the icing on the cake: a gorgeous greatroom/family room that opened to a lanai with pool, hot tub, and the most breathtaking view of the pacific ocean and stunning Hawaii sunsets. The location was fantastic- a short drive to the grocery store and restaurants and about 25 minutes from the airport.

We are so grateful to the owners for sharing their amazing home with us- it felt like our home away from home in paradise. Mahalo nui!

We all loved it!

This is a very well appointed and lovely house. In terms of on-site amenities and beautiful views, you could not ask for more. Our two week stay was marred however by persistent problems with the AC. According to the technician who came towards the end of our first week, one of the compressor units has a leak of refrigerant. He recharged it, which he had done before our arrival. This provided decent cooling for about 4 days, after which the bedrooms became uncomfortably stuffy. Of course, we opened the windows and used the ceiling fans at night, but not everyone in our family group was happy with this. It certainly was not a luxury experience. At this point, advertising that this house has AC is a bit misleading. The management needs to get the problem repaired properly and until that is done renters should be told that the AC may not be working adequately in the bedrooms. Even better, like most businesses that don't fully deliver a service that has been paid for, they ought to compensate customers, instead of sending them emails expressing regrets.

This house is amazing! The view from the deck is gorgeous. The pool, hot tub, and game room were perfect for keeping our family busy. We kept saying we would have had a perfect vacation even if we never left the house. The hosts had thought of everything from beach bags and towels to a well stocked kitchen. The entire place was clean and comfortable and provided plenty of room for our family of ten. We can’t wait to return!

Don't hesitate - book this house now! The house is even better than the pictures. We did a multigenerational family vacation and there was something for everyone. All one level, roomy bedrooms with en suites, an amazing pool and lanai area, game room, gourmet kitchen, etc. And lots of extras - tons of snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, and coolers. The kitchen is amazing, well stocked for a crowd with gourmet appliances and the biggest island we had ever seen. The lanai is awesome with lots of seating, a beverage fridge, and great grill area - perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Pool and hot tub - what else do you need? I am the cheapest person I know and this house was worth every penny. Do it, book it now.

Beautiful property with everything you need supply for you. Fantastic game room that if you have young adults in your party will enjoy it. All in all we had a great time and the views from the house were beautiful. We would rent this property again.

This is possibly the nicest vacation home our family has ever had. The home is beautiful and has everything that we needed to enhance our stay. The location is a little far from the town, but the upside was a nice quiet environment. The outside area of this home with the pool and the view are unparalleled. We would definitely stay at the home again for any future Kona vacations.

This property is advertised as luxury and it really delivers. The pool and hot tub provide a great view of the ocean. The appliances and furnishings are all top of the line. The location is convenient to Kona and also a local grocery store. The home is in a gated community and very secure and quiet. The home is extremely well equipped with beach equipment and toys. There was truly nothing we needed. Besides having everything you could possibly want, there is a pool table, ping pong, and air hockey table. The owners have spared no expense in equipping this home. Every possible kitchen utensil is there, all top of the line. The management service was professional and efficient contacting us prior to, and after the visit. We have stayed at many luxury Airbnbs over the years and this home is at the top of the list.

We were a group of two families of four with teenaged kids. This property exceeded our expectations. While the listing says that it's a 3 bedroom place, there is actually a den (not a bedroom because no closet) with a bed in it. The kitchen and living area is very spacious, and the game room was a huge hit. Kitchen is well equipped for gourmet meals in. But the best part of this property is the lanai - breakfast with a gorgeous view of the ocean, dinners with sunsets, and hanging out in the pool or hot tub. Proximity to the Keauhou shopping center and the highway made it easy to get around and get supplies.

The best stocked house I have ever rented! We wanted for nothing. The house is beautiful, perhaps even better than advertised. Spotless, comfortable...you won't regret it!

This house is perfect! Awesome amenities and finishing. Great view of the sunset. There is actually a 4th bedroom which was not in the listing when we rented. It didn't have an attached bathroom like the others but it is there and was useful for our group.
