We had a wonderful stay! Just a beautiful condo and a great location. Loved watching the whales and the surfers from the lanai in the mornings.  Access to beach chairs, boogie boards, and yoga mats was a great touch.  Already missing my morning runs to the beach!

The condo was one of the best places we have stayed. Beautiful view and with all the comforts one could wish for in a condo. We highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to relax and enjoy a great vacation.

We had a lovely time with family of four. We loved the views, the pool, and the easy access to the north shore beaches and Hanalei. There were plenty of pool and beach toys to keep adults and kids out all day. The property was quiet and peaceful and a perfect place to watch the sunset.

We had an incredible stay here in Princeville. The views alone made this place unforgettable — waking up to the ocean every morning and ending the day with peaceful sunsets was perfect. The whole area is quiet, relaxing, and surrounded by so much natural beauty.

One of the biggest perks was the private path down to the beach. It made it so easy to slip away for a morning walk. The location overall is fantastic — close to everything you need in Princeville, yet it still feels tucked away and serene.

The host was also amazing. Toward the end of our trip we needed a little help with something, and they were extremely accommodating and responsive. We really appreciated that level of care.

Highly recommend this place if you want ocean views, calm surroundings, and a great Princeville experience. We’d love to come back.

This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The view is just stunning and the place has everything you could possibly need. From board games to beach gear and even binoculars to watch the surfers, this place had it all. They were also very gracious in letting us have a late check out, as well. We had the best time and would highly recommend! Thank you!

I booked this place for a birthday trip and it was amazing staying here. The views were priceless, location was perfect for someone who does not like to be around crowds- kind of a hidden away town but I loved being so close to Hanalei! There was everything we needed at this home; beach chairs/towels, beach bags, boogie boards, etc. and having a washer/dryer was so convenient too. My only concern was it does get a very warm during the day since there is no ac but using the portable fans in the room and opening the windows were helpful. Overall, I did really enjoy this home, the nearby towns and the people here. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and again the views are unbeatable! Would definitely come back again.

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at! AMAZING view and location, walkable to beaches & the 1 Hotel, and decorated wonderfully. Had everything we needed including beach gear, kitchen supplies, etc. Also, plenty of space for our group of 5. Will definitely be returning!

Simply amazing. Not a single complaint. Watched sunsets, surfers, birds, even a whale from our balcony. Swam with turtles, snorkeled, hiked the rocks… just down the path. The constant breeze was wonderful as was the rain. So much to do without driving anywhere. Yet doing nothing was perfect as well. We had everything we needed in this home away from home. Mahalo!!

Lovely condo over looking the ocean. The entire area of Princeville and Hanalei Bay are stunning. Great restaurants at one Hanalei Bay for breakfast and dinner, and Happy talk lounge was great for drinks and dinner. The condo was perfect and well stocked for any meals you would want to have. There are plenty of beach towels and gear which is great when you have limited luggage room! I would stay at this condo every time I came, perfect location and view and great communication with property manager! Highly recommend!

I wanted to stay longer and would rent again. The rental was clean and had a great view of the ocean. You can hear the ocean and the surroundings were lush and green. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals and dine in.

beautiful little spot. the decor is super lovely with lots of nice touches! beautiful tile bathroom and really lovely kitchen stocked with all the utensils and cooking supplies needed. lanai was beautiful and had a gorgeous view. it is partially obstructed by another building but still beautiful. tons of fun beach toys and chairs that were very helpful.

The condo was beautiful. The view of the ocean and sunsets from the balcony were amazing. Inside the condo, everything was very neat and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we really enjoyed using The Peloton. The location was also great. It was easy to get places, lots of beaches to explore right from the front door. We will definitely come back. And, Sophia, went above and beyond any expectations we had! She was incredibly responsive and helpful! She made sure everything was in it's place so we could be comfortable.

Beautiful location, and condo was extremely nice and well stoked. Pleasant surprise was the beach gear that was in the condo almost was a deal breaker for us not knowing it was there.

My wife and I loved this place. Hands down great. We stayed in Princeville for a few days and then headed down to a place in Koloa. The difference was like booking a room at a 5 star hotel and then going to a so-so 3 star hotel. The price difference was negligible. When we walked out of the condo in Princeville we were already kicking ourselves for not having booked our entire stay there. This place was very clean but comfortable. What a view from the patio balcony. A very comfortable bed in the master bedroom. The master bathroom was roomy and the walk in shower worked out great. Mountain and ocean views from the kitchen table. Wonderful full-size fridge well and well stocked kitchen, including storage containers for leftovers in the fridge. Big screen TV with streaming. Upstairs loft with twin beds and a bathroom and shower. I used the futon in the loft for my morning meditation. Got a little warm up there by afternoon but wonderful in the morning. Oh, and a washer and dryer in the master bathroom also. There was detergent there but we had brought our own Tide pods. No air conditioner, but we left the windows open and even in the afternoons the living room and kitchen were just fine. Parking was very close by - consistently. I could really go on more about how great this place was. Wonderful place. Wonderful island. When we head back next year this is the 1st place we will try to book.

Amazing condo with the best view of the ocean. This place is well stocked especially with items for the beach. Bring your peloton shoes, they have the real pedals on the bike. Cages are available if you don’t have room in your luggage for bike shoes. This was a great place to stay!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. So many amenities included. When we were in Maui we had to rent beach chairs and didn’t rent boogie boards so we didn’t get to try that. But here they had beach chair, towels, snorkel gear, noodles, boogie boards, coolers, you name it, they had it. The kitchen was fully stocked and they included a box of chocolates and a bag of coffee which was a super nice touch. Only about Hanalei Bay which has a ton of restaurants. Also close to Anini Beach where we saw reef, fish and sea turtles right off the beach. Communication with the owner was great and she provided great recommendations. Also the shower in the master, WOW. I took multiple showers a day just because it was so great. The view from the balcony of the ocean and the cliffs from the kitchen table were amazing. They provided a ton of fans. I would recommend this place 100%

We loved our stay here! The home was perfect and the pictures definitely do not do it justice. We spent most our time on the lanai, the view was breathtaking and I would 100% stay here again!!

This is a beautifully designed condo with every possible amenity and is the best equipped vacation rental we have ever stayed in, on any of the islands. The owner obviously really cares enough to provide a soothing and relaxing home-away-from-home for their guests. So many things to like about this place: super comfortable bed; fabulous large shower; a kitchen with everything you might need; lovely view (including regular visits from the Hawaiian geese and egrets); wonderful location just above a paved path down to a little (rocky) beach and surrounded by lush plantings; washer and dryer; interesting books; plenty of USB charging ports; bluetooth speakers; cushy deck furniture for lounging; beach chairs and toys etc. etc. Many rental condos have tired furnishings and funky appliances but this one is like staying in a chic hotel. Although the condo doesn’t quite have the full-on “Bali Hai” view, you only have to walk 20 yards or so around the corner to the cliff top to see that, and the stunning sunsets. When the old St Regis hotel - just a two minute walk down the road – reopens after remodeling, it will have the perfect spot again for a sunset cocktail or dinner. The unit does get quite hot at this time of year in the late afternoon but cools down really well with a cross breeze. We had a wonderful 5 night stay in 207 and were sad to leave. The property manager, Sophia, was most responsive to questions and went out of her way, with true Aloha spirit, to help us with anything we needed – we were touched by her kindness. Hope to come back sometime!

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Pali Ke Kua #207. Our contact person, Sophia, was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed assistance. The location was beautiful and the private beach right on the property was fabulous. The paved path was steep but after trying some other hikes and paths to other beaches we really appreciated the luxury of having access to a paved path! Hideaway Beach, right next door, was beautiful too, but it was like repelling down a mountain to get there (LOL)! We snorkeled and swam with sea turtles right in our backyard. We watched the spectacular sunsets practically every evening (sometimes from the balcony and sometimes from the beach chairs we carried down to the edge of the cliff). The condo was also updated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It felt private (especially compared to some of the crowded resorts nearby). We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after long days at the beach and it was really nice having the pizza restaurant on the premises for when we were too tired to drive to a restaurant. The condo was nicely outfitted with all the supplies we needed for cooking at home or for a day out at the beach. Don’t bother setting an alarm clock on Kauai, the roosters will make sure you are up and ready to go bright and early. We would definitely stay there again!

Magnificent stay in a luxurious setting! Perfect for my family of four (including 2 teens), this condo is beautifully updated. From the tile to the hardware and fixtures, the bathrooms and kitchen are quite impressive. The views from the common space are breathtaking and the location is also ideal given it’s close proximity to parking and the beach trail. Has everything you need for days at the beach including chairs, boogie boards, and towels. Kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, utensils, drink ware and plates. All 3 beds are heavenly soft and even the sofa bed seemed more comfortable than any other I’ve felt. The washer and dryer in the master bathroom is super helpful when spending some extended time there and the large Samsung TV has Spectrum cable with all the streaming capabilities. Unfortunately, no AC, but the ceiling fans really cooled the place down quite a bit, even in August. Warning to not hang any towels or articles from the lanai balcony as we had a note placed on the front door to refrain from doing so. Overall, felt fancy and well worth the price to me.

Amazing location and view. The place was better than expected and had everything we needed in the kitchen, to go to the beach, stay comfortable inside and enjoy our time. Nice, new Washer/dryer was a big plus. Little things like plenty of nice towels (including beach towels), supplying soaps and detergent was appreciated. Super close to the beach trail, which as everyone says, is fairly steep, however our young kids had no problem and it was a good workout for us. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Rental location was excellent for snorkeling enthusiasts. Only a small hike down to a very secluded beach with corals a few feet from the shore. Hike up is a workout but well worth it! The property had everything we needed for our vacation. We didn’t even have to use any of the toiletries that we packed! Great rental and would recommend. Mahalo to Sophia for being available to answer our questions before and during our vacation!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had. Anywhere. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the unit is stored with everything you could need during a stay!

This place was great I don’t think it could’ve been any better the location the view everything was just wonderful we had a great time the unit is very clean the washer and dryer work great they’re brand new everything is brand new we really loved there and had a great experience

Sophia at Elite Pacific Vacations was great at communicating. She sent us very detailed check in instructions so we knew exactly where to go and how to access our unit. We had a problem with someone putting a chirping smoke detector in the dumpster next to our unit and she got that taken care of right away, so we didn't have to listen to it all night long. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed staying on the north shore of Kauai and I would highly recommend Elite Pacific for your travels.

Wonderful stay. Gorgeous sunsets from the lanai. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The unit was very clean and well decorated. It had everything needed for a great vacation.

We had a great trip and enjoyed staying at this condo! It felt a bit smaller than I was expecting, but was very comfortable. The finishes were beautiful and had plenty of seating inside and on the lanai. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the beautiful ocean view. We appreciated the extra touches like the welcome basket and other small touches that made our stay more convenient and enjoyable. Also the master shower was fantastic with multiple body sprayers/rain-head which was fabulous after a long day in the sun.

This place was phenomenal. The location was super convenient. Our host Christine was pleasant and helpful. She let us know when the condo was ready (early)!! The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook for daily breakfasts and we ate in one night. Primary shower was a real plus. The views are fantastic and the beach is a short but steep walk away. If this place is available for your stay, lock it in. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a great stay - everything we needed was provided, even a shopping bag for the grocery store! Great to have a full kitchen (although you might want to bring your own kitchen knife- if you're checking luggage. Knives are provided, but they're a bit bendy, not so sharp). We loved the walk down to the water - it seemed impossibly steep on the first day going down, but you get used to it after just once. My 82 year old mum insisted on doing it every day. Loved the view and the proximity to North Shore activities. We would definitely come here again.

What a beautiful condo. It's one of those places that's even better than the pictures. Pros: - Home amenities with zhuzh! Loved the hairdryer, Peloton bike, and the nice kitchen appliances. - Wonderfully furnished. The primary bathroom had a shower that felt like a spa! - Scenic views overlooking the ocean - Location is great for exploring Kauai's North Shore. Cons: - The HOA rules seem strict. Neighborhood is very quiet past 6pm so no loud music! - People can look into the primary bedroom pretty easily, so it didn't feel very private. Tldr: Beautiful place to stay on the North Shore if you're looking for a quiet getaway.

Super nice condo as advertised. Great surf view from patio. Slept great each night listening to crashing waves and light rain on rooftop. Well stocked kitchen, bath. Very nice.

Property is amazing and well appointed. Would stay again. Just make sure you are aware the condo does not have air conditioning. Some afternoons, even with the fans on and windows open, it was warm.

I spent a week here for my honeymoon and it was the BEST vacation ever! The place is so beautiful. It’s not only aesthetically pleasing, but you have a beautiful view on the lanai and it’s a functional spot for vacationing. It was quiet, there is a steep but mostly paved trail to a fairly private beach! We were the only two on the beach one day and it was so nice! Also the king bed is SO COMFORTABLE! We explored most of the major points of the island while there…but our favorite spot was Hanalei. The drive is glorious and the food/beaches/views are all to die for! We would DEFINITELY return!

Great, comfortable condo with a beautiful ocean view. The condo was spotless. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The condo is well equipped for cooking, if you so choose. Master bed was very comfortable. Spacious rain shower…was a delight. Communication was excellent. Located near Foodland shopping center and a quick drive to Hanalei. Highly recommended.

Loved the welcome package. Many little details that made us feel very welcome. The location is gorgeous. Full view of the Pacific Ocean. The trail to walk down to the beach is right behind the house. The condo itself is very clean and well decorated. I would definitely stay here again!
