The spacious primary bedroom is flooded with natural light and features a California King size bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bath with a luxurious soaking tub, enclosed glass shower and walk-in closet. At the other end of the condo is the second bedroom with a Queen Size bed and adjacent bathroom with shower/tub combo. Guests have access to the private detached garage where you can park your vehicle or grab some beach chairs on your way to fun-in-the-sun!
The tranquil Palm Villas complex is beautifully landscaped, with abundant tropical foliage, an inviting lagoon-style pool, and a waterfall jacuzzi. A fitness center is also available for guests who want to keep up their fitness routine while on vacation. There is also a community grill adjacent to the pool.
Nature lovers will appreciate the paved walking trail just outside the Palm Villas gates, leading through picturesque fish ponds and several nearby beaches, offering a superb opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the area. Additionally, the Mauna Lani Shops are just a short walk away, offering an array of shopping and dining venues, including snorkel gear rental, and a grocery store and deli.

Loved our stay at Palm Villas!
by KaleighMy friend and I had a restful and relaxing trip and loved our stay at Palm Villas! The community is walkable with shoreline access as well as walking distance to two great resort restaurants. It was also a great base for our explorations across the Island of Hawaii: driving distance to Hawaii Volcanoes NP, whale watching tours, lovely beaches, and good food.

by JohnMy wife, daughter and I loved this spot. Condo was solid, my wife liked the bath tub. The condo pool/hot tub are not huge or extravagant, but quiet and relaxing. Mauna Lani beach is great. We most of all appreciated the ability to get in lots of long walks.

Excellent Villa
by Donna L.We enjoyed one month in this villa. It was just as pictured in the photos. Nicely furnished in a modern style, the unit was very clean, with a new fridge and dishwasher, comfortable mattress, good towels and linens, and a well-equipped kitchen, (although a couple more wine glasses would be an asset.) The unit has well-screened windows and doors, and we were comfortable without the AC if we opened a few doors/windows to let the tropical breezes flow through. We appreciated the adequate supply of paper products and cleaning supplies. The unit is close to the pool/spa area, but far enough away that there is no noise from the pool area. We particularly enjoyed the whirlpool, with its natural setting and amazing jets. The Mauna Lani Beach, just a short walk or drive away, is a bonus, with a decent restaurant there. We really appreciated having access to discounted golf, thanks to the owners\' Kings Club membership at Waikoloa Beach. It was a key factor for us choosing this unit. The Property Manager was superb and always responded promptly to the few contacts we had with her; the Property Management company was also easy to work with in setting up our stay. The only negative thing--and this has nothing whatsoever to do with the villa itself--is that, being on the lower floor, you are at the mercy of the people upstairs, which rents as a 3-BR. For part of our stay we had grandparents, parents, and three small children upstairs and it sometimes sounded like there was a family of elephants above us. That said, we were very happy with our stay in Villa E1.

This was the perfect getaway!! We absolutely loved this space and the location. Most important to us was privacy and peace and quiet. This place delivered! Mornings on the porch with a cup of coffee and listening to all the birds may have been my favorite part of the trip. But almost as important was access to a nice beach and pool. This house delivered on both of those too! The 15 minute walk on the paved trail to the beach is beautiful and easy. The beach was great and the food and drinks at the beach club exceeded our expectations. There are also great restaurants just a short walk further. The pool was very close to the unit and we almost always had it all to ourselves. Finally, the unit was immaculate and had everything we needed and more! Loved every minute there.
