- Construction Safety Notice: All construction areas are fully enclosed and off-limits. Guests must follow posted signage at all times. Unauthorized entry into closed areas may result in a $1,000 fine plus any associated repair or remediation costs, which may be charged to the responsible guest.

We enjoyed a wonderful 5 days at this beautifully equipped and maintained home. The welcome package and nearby restaurants in walking distance, and guest book were a nice surprise. Use of beach chairs and umbrella were also appreciated! We hope to return again.

The place is just as beautiful as the picture, if not more. Beautiful views, quiet place, great location, has parking, wonderful kitchen, parents unit amazing, other rooms very comfy and spacious and nicely designed, porch beautiful and spacious, with view to golf course, mountains and palm trees, protected for rain. Tons of extra goodies like boogie boards, floaties, chess set, shampoos etc., kitchen well stocked. Staff very responsive for any little issue, polite, helpful and kind. Place was very clean.

We were scheduled to stay at another Airbnb but due to unforeseen circumstances we had to make a last minute adjustment. Gather Vacations was proactive and found us an alternative that was just right! The subdivision could be a little confusing and parking is a little tight depending on the size of your vehicle but the condo made up for any of it. It was clean, roomy, peaceful with GREAT VIEWS! Even if you have a rainy day, theres a beautiful covered balcony for you to enjoy a drink and the cool Hawaiian breeze. Would stay here again and recommend others do the same!

by Doru HWe loved our stay. The resort is close to everything you need. There are few restaurants, a market, Starbucks within a 5 min walk. You walk to the nearest beach in 10 minutes. The condo is on the golf course and can see the ocean as you you drink your coffee from the patio. The place is very clear you'll have everything you need for your stay.

The beds were a hit or miss I felt like Goldilocks trying to find a comfortable one but other than that, great place would recommend booking with them.
Spacious, clean condo close to Poipu Beach
by Kathryn TThis 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo was very clean and nicely decorated and stocked. The kitchen is nicely equipped. From here it was a 10 minute walk to a shopping plaza with several restaurants and a small general store. Only a 5 minute drive to Poipu beach, which was really nice for easy snorkeling.

We had a group of 4 and this condo was really comfortable and fit us well. It is portrayed correctly in the pictures and is nicely decorated and clean. They have a few beach chairs and towels, pool toys and a cooler for guests to use. The views of the golf course were gorgeous. They have nice Bosch appliances and the kitchen has most all equipment for your use too. The parking is right at the condo and not at another sight. A fullsize washer and dryer were really helpful. The host was very accommodating to allow a later check out time . The bath and shower products were so nice that we found the store and bought some to ship home to extend our vacation feel. We loved the beautiful pool and the beach is just a few minutes down the road. Since the Pandemic the sea turtles have been coming up on to Poipu Beach at sunset. That and a helicopter tour were our highlights and are a must while in Kauai. We thank the owner and Elite Pacific for their beautiful and lovely welcome gift!
We were a party of six staying here for six nights. We loved our stay. The condo itself is beautiful, upgraded, had everything we needed. We loved the location of being in Poipu, walking distance to the beach (about a mile away) with restaurants nearby. We really appreciated that the condo came equipped with beach chairs and towels. Additionally, little extras like the Maile shower products and hand soap, made us feel more at home. The property facilities were a little disappointing as the grills closest to us were out of gas and the gym had weird hours. The property manager was helpful and responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and we hope we get a chance in the near future.
Location is great! Airbnb was the way to go to save money on eating out! Also included beach chairs and towels which is so necessary!

Our family of 5 had a great 2 1/2 weeks at Pili Mai. The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable — and the complex grounds were beautiful and offered a nice pool. We especially loved the views out onto the golf course, the mountains and the ocean in the distance. It was also located in a great part of the southern island near Koloa and Poipu. The manager, Bryan, was helpful with clear instructions on how to enter/leave the property and offered a number of helpful points if interest to check out. Great experience overall, and would definitely recommend!
