Pili Mai 11K

Great condo for our family.  condo lays out well with spacious central area for kitchen, living room and lanai and bedrooms were spaced around the unit.  well organized and very centrally located for everything we wanted to do on the south shore.  loved having beach chairs.   host was very responsive.

The unit exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with “like new”pots, pans etc. great views of the golf course and walking distance to PoiPu beach and many shops and restaurants. Snorkel and beach chairs in the garage were in great condition and nice to have them right there.

Loved our week stay in Pili Mai 11k unit. The unit is bright, spacious and very clean. We loved having coffee on the lanai overlooking the golf course & it was a short walk to Paco's Taco restaurant. All the beach gear we needed was in the garage and checkin/checkout was a breeze. We liked being close to Poipu beach, Bubba's burgers & shave ice in the nearby mall and also drove to Koloa town a few minutes away. The Pili Mai property is very well maintained with nice landscaping and a spacious pool. We made use of the grill one night to cook dinner with friends staying in a nearby unit. I appreciated that the unit was stocked with basics so we didn't need to buy shampoo, laundry detergent, coffee right when we arrived.

Had a great time at this condo. Very large and spacious, bigger than it looks in the photos. Lots of beach equipment in the garage including chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, and more. Very quiet and peaceful location, looks over the golf course. Very clean and nice unit, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely lanai to enjoy Hawaiian breezes. Great living area- spacious. The unit is clean and spotless!Nice area to enjoy!

The Condo with 3 bedrooms was a great place for our family. Clean area with a wonderful pool. The garage was full of beach items to take and enjoy. Kitchen was ideal with our group. Restaurants and shopping were walking distance. Beach was 2 min drive. Location, location, location! Communication was excellent down to the details. Plenty of parking for two cars. This unit would be our first choice if we returned to Kauai.

This property was beautiful!! The pictures don't do it justice. We loved the pool nearby for a late night swim and relaxing in the jacuzzi. We had a car rental and many of the places were only within 10-20 minutes away. Poipu Beach only five minutes away. I recommend going to The Fresh Shave fir the best shave ice!! Delicious !! My family truly enjoyed our stay here and appreciate our host for being responsive to any questions we had. Book this property-- you won't regret it!

This was one of my favorite rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Exceeded expectations and even better than the photos. The host was very kind and left welcome treats and reached out with clear instructions. The space was immaculately clean, smelled great, had high end furnishings and a very well stocked kitchen. The garage had beach equipment we used daily. We had everything we needed to feel at home as 4 adults. I loved sitting on the patio watching sunsets across the golf course. It was also really quiet, I never heard another neighbor. And, we deeply appreciated having central A/C. We’re from a colder climate and we loved being able to take breaks to cool off inside. I would return here in a heart beat and fully recommend this as a rental near Poipu.

The condo is laid out perfectly to provide privacy for 3 couples with a large common space/kitchen for gathering as a group. The lanai overlooked a beautiful gold course, so was very quiet with a good view of the stars at night. The location is good, short walk to a small shopping mall, about a 15 minute walk to beautiful white sand beaches or 5 minute drive —parking was really not to hard to find any time of day near the beaches. The condo also came equipped with boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels; floaters; balls—any thing a vacationer might want. I’d definitely recommend this condo.

Our Family stayed at this place for 5 nights. We have visited many Hawaiian islands and stayed at many places - however, this one was truly the best. From a super responsive and proactive property manager allowing early check-in, to an extremely well stocked kitchen (Thanks for the Koloa Rum!), this place is excellent. We will definitely be back.

Would stay here again. Based on all my trips to the islands, this was the best-equipped condo so far. I would definitely recommend it and lodge here again in the future.

We had a wonderful time in Kauai and were very happy with our rental. The condo had a great kitchen, a large lanai and plenty of room for the 6 of us. We loved the location and would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay in Poipu. It was the perfect location for exploring the island and hanging out on more relaxing days. It was absolutely perfect. The treats and ambiance when we arrived were a very nice touch.

Wonderful house for our family vacation-- the location was perfect (a 20min walk / very short drive to Poipu beach, the perfect/sunniest place to be in February, and a bunch of restaurants/shopping center). The amenities were modern and top-notch, our kids loved the board games, the big TV (with all the streaming services), the beach toys (and boogie boards/ beach chairs). Also appreciated the welcome gifts and the Kauai guidebooks in the house! Just absolutely perfect!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our time here . There was a wonderful welcome gift as well as all the beach gear we would need for our stay . Very convenient and a great value for the space. Looking forward to coming back soon .

Absolutely amazing! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The condo was very clean, completely stocked with everything you could possibly need, and was very nicely decorated. Host was responsive & helpful when we needed to extend our trip due to a canceled flight. Very close to local stores & restaurants. Loved our beautiful condo for the week!

This place was perfect for 5 people. Everyone had their own space and there was enough space for all of us to hang out together. All the amenities are high end, they supplied everything you needed, even beach chairs. They welcomed us with a pineapple, Koloa rum, and some sweet treats to give you a taste of the island. The location is great because you can walk to food and are only ten minutes or less from the beach.

We had a wonderful time at the Koloa Pili Mai location. The property was clean, well-stocked with all the kitchen and bath essentials, plus our first time experiencing an Airbnb with a welcome gift (Koloa rum bottle, coffee, chocolate macadamia & toffee nuts), nice touch. Property was close to excellent shopping (Kukui'ula), restaurants and beaches that met all our needs. Excellent accommodations for our family of 4 adults, toddler and infant. We would strongly consider Pili Mai on a future Kauai trip. Mahalo.

Terrific stay and great host. The location is an easy walk to the beach, and the unit has all kinds of beach amenities like chairs, umbrellas, and even snorkel equipment to enhance the stay. We loved it and highly recommend!

Had everything we needed in a beautiful, comfortable and well appointed 3 bedroom condo. Open and airy. Appreciated being upstairs. Well located for proximity to hikes, beaches and all that we wanted to do on Kauai.
