Wonderful place to accommodate 7 people

Overall great stay. The house has everything we needed plus more! This also includes everything needed for beach day. Great location. Beach is a walk, but doable! They provided pack and plays for our small babies to sleep. Host was a little delayed in getting the code to us to get into the unit, but other than that, great stay!

Beautiful condo near beaches and great restaurants. They provide just about everything you and your family will need to play on the beaches!! Awesome pool across the street.

This is the first time renting from Gather and they keep their property up on maintenance and cleanliness. Had a nice kitchen with all the cookware. The garage was stocked with all the necessary beach gear. We had an amazing stay!

Property had more amenities than I expected. Late check-out was easily accommodated. Will definitely consider staying here again.

It's difficult when booking a stay online to truly understand what you have until you arrive. With our stay at Pila Mai, one word...Perfection. Perfectly located in Kauai on the south shore with easy access to beaches, walking distance to the shops and our fav Little Fish Coffee. The unit was clean and was well laid out with two bedrooms on the main floor and two on the second floor. Great kitchen with everything we needed to cook. A great little area with its own pool/fitness area just 20 steps away. communal bbq's which we used to cook the fish we caught. I slept better here than i do at home, we truly could not have asked for anything better in a place to house our family of 8. We had two vehicles and never had any parking issues. From utensils, to spices, to sunscreen, to towels, to beach chairs, to boogie boards, sand toys for my granddaughter, welcoming gifts...this rental made our stay easy and comfortable. When i return to Kauai, there is no doubt we would come back to this VRBO.

My family and I were beyond impressed with this place! Centrally located to all the great things Poipu has to offer. We were provided with all the things we needed for beach trips (towels, chairs, and even snorkel gear and a cooler). Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and I loved the welcome basket! I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of this place. Would definitely book again!

Home was beyond our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ and pool across the street as well as morning coffee on the patio. Every surface is high quality and photo’s don’t do it justice. Would for sure rebook in future! Mall down the street and golf was plus for us!

We really enjoyed our stay. The area was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable. We had plenty of beach gear available: snorkels, fins, beach chairs, umbrellas and several floating devices. I would definitely come back.

Aloha, This was our first visit to Kauai and found Pili Mai (Poipu) perfectly centralized to explore all of the island. Great stay for a party of 8, beds were comfortable, quiet community and very friendly assistant manager/staff!! Air conditioner was amazing 🙂 Well stocked with amenities, kitchen tools/appliances, beach towels/gear/chairs. Everything was smooth sailings and we hope stay at Pili Mai again in the near future. Very spacious 4 bedroom condo in a pool community which also has a large hot tub. close to the Beach and everything Kaui offers. a short drive to thr airport and Waimea Canyon! very cleanice and extremely well equipped! we highly recommend this place as it's as good as it looks on the pictures! we will rent it again when we come back to Kauai!

This was a lovely place for our family vacation. The host was very responsive and communication was very clear. A beautiful pool and a very clean place. Very close to Poipu Beach though not quite walking distance.

Beautiful, quiet and safe community. This place was perfect for two families and we greatly enjoyed our stay! Close to everything w a car rental so it wasn’t inconvenient at all. Enough space and perfect place for our vacation.

The condo is in a beautiful, well-kept community. The property itself was clean, well-furnished, and comfortably accommodated me, my wife, and several family members. The location is also close to Poipu beach, Shipwreck beach, and several shops. Koloa is also just a few minutes away. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great location for families. The closets in 3 of the 4 bedrooms were large enough for pack and plays and outlets were close by for baby monitors to plug in. It made traveling with children SO EASY. Great accommodations with grills nearby, easy pool access & the beach just a short walk away. Little Fish Coffee was the perfect morning trip, but get there early. The keurig coffee maker was a game changer too! We would love to Come and stay here. Our family of eight adults and four children 2 years and under loved it.

This house was perfect for our first trip to Kauai! It is big enough for all of us (group of 10), beds very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for making our own meals. Loved how close the unit was to the pool and the close proximity to the beaches was an extra plus!

Stayed at the Pili Mai over Thanksgiving with the extended family. 6 adults and 2 kids and we have been to Kauai multiple times. The until was the perfect size for our family. I believe the listing said 3 bathrooms, but there were actually 4 toilets. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. There isn't much for postcard views (upstairs technically had a narrow view of the ocean and the mountains -- but both obstructed by other units) and the deck overlooked the road and the wall of the units next door, however the location across from the pool was super convenient and the items made available in the garage (beach chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler) also a plus. The unit was sparkling clean when we arrived and had all of the soaps, shampoo, dish detergent, paper towels, etc. you'd need. There is AC in the unit, which is actually pretty rare compared to the places we've stayed at in the past, but you really don't need it. There is a screen on the front door and with windows open and fans going, it never got too warm or uncomfortable even when it rained. The wind really picked up at night, and could howl through the windows and house, but that was a plus for us, we enjoyed it. If the noise (or the roosters, or the cow across the field) aren't for you, closing the windows and turning on the AC is always an option.

Great place to stay for the weekend at a good price. We really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome vacation in Poipu!!!

We stayed at Pili Mai with our three children and another family with young kids. It was a beautiful neighborhood with quiet streets for kids to walk or play. Our condo was perfectly located across the street from the pool! We found wonderful places to eat, walk, and visit beaches nearby. The condo was one of the nicest places we have stayed on Kauai and would definitely recommend it to friends and family!

This place is next to everything in Poipu! Beaches and restaurants are at least 3-10 mins away from the home. Very convenient that everything is close and the house is very clean, spacious, and right across from the community pool and gym. Will def stay here again.

Amazing location, stacked with supplies (they leave extra cleaning supplies, toiletries, a great welcome pack, beach chairs, coolers, etc.. just an amazing and convenient place to stay, would 100% book again!

I am shocked that there are not more reviews for this outstanding property. It is quiet and incredibly spacious - much more so then the pictures show. All the bedrooms are large and comfortable. The unit is immaculate and well-stocked. The grounds are well-maintained and filled with lovely flowers and plants. And the condo is literally directly across from the pool, health club and gas grills. The management is responsive - the air conditioner went out during our stay and a repairman was promptly called and fixed the problem right away. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

This condo was perfect for our group! It was about a mile from our favorite beach and right next to the pool. It included everything we needed- boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, coolers. I would highly recommend for anyone with children and/or teens. We had lots of room to spread out. The property manager Bryan was great and very responsive. Highly recommend!

This was literally the most perfect place for our family! The place is equipped with every thing you could possibly hope for and more. There were beach chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards/sand toys and plentiful beach towels! We cooked dinner nearly every night for the week and found that the kitchen was equipped with everything right down to Saran Wrap and tin foil! The balcony Lanai was perfect for late night chats and early morning coffee. The pool was so convenient and the apartment itself is in a great location. We had 2 small kids with us and there was even a whole drawer of cups/plates/utensils for them. We have started in AirBnBs around the world and this place takes the cake. Also super clean.
