It was beautiful! The patio was wonderful with great views.

Our stay was perfect! We were welcomed with an array of complimentary snacks and drinks. The condo was super cleaned and well stocked. We had all the appliances we needed for cooking in the unit. Pack n play, high chair, and kids accessories were awesome. All the bathrooms had nice shampoo conditioner and body wash. Lets not forget get about all the beach supplies provided…the list goes on. I would definitely recommend staying here. We can’t wait to bring our family back!

Beautiful home, so comfortable for us traveling with our adult children. Everyone could have their own room and bathroom. Beautifully furnished and close to the beach and stores and restaurants.

Beautifully decorated. Stunning landscaping. Very well equipped. Beach chairs, and beach umbrellas a very touch. We were a party of eight with two cars never felt crowded. Three bedrooms and three baths very comfortable. Assigned parking and plenty of guest parking. Very central to shops and dining and beaches. Highly recommend!  welcome gift very classy. We had an amazing stay in Kauai! The home was beautifully furnished and elegantly decorated, with everything we could possibly need—cups, plates, utensils, kitchen appliances, and plenty of fresh towels and bed linens. We were even welcomed with a thoughtful care package of coffee and other goodies, which made us feel right at home.The space was spotless and well-maintained, and the TVs and kitchen appliances were top-notch. The on-site gym and pool were fantastic, and the location was perfect—just a pleasant 12-minute walk to the beach or under five minutes by car. The golf course on the property was also a real treat.Kudos to the owner for creating such a comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped vacation home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

This was the perfect place for our family while we visited Kauai. The location was perfect with being so close to Poipu Beach. The pool and hot tub were large and well maintained and were just a 30 second walk away. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen and eating on the lanai. We recommend staying here while you visit Kauai. You won't be disappointed!

We usually fly out to visit our ‘ohana on Kaua’i often and love staying at Pili Mai! Of all the places we’ve stayed at in this property, this host had the best communication throughout by far and the place was exceptionally clean which I also look for. Check-in was seamless and loved the text communication and reminders prior to checkout. They had a well equipped kitchen with every appliance you could think of, lots of spices on hand, beach items outside on the deck, beach towels, you name it! I also worked a bit while we stayed there and the wifi was great! Overall wonderful stay with lots of memories and will definitely look for Gather as our host again in the future! Mahalo nui!

Great place to stay! The only suggestion we’ve ran out of TP and garbage bags (they only provided 1 trash bag) so the only suggestion is to leave more of TP, paper towels and trash bags for the guests. Thank you.

We absolutely LOVED this townhouse. It was so beautiful, clean, well decorated, great views, perfect location for exploring. It was one of the most well equipped houses we have rented. Nice community pool and close to some restaurants and short drive to Poipu Beach. We would stay here again!

This condo was beautiful, spacious, and very clean! It is in a perfect location (close to restaurants, shopping, beaches) We loved our stay here. BOOK this place--- you wont be disappointed!!

Great, clean condo close to Poipu. Responsive hosts. Stocked with toiletries. We were short one pool towel and they delivered us extras within what seemed like minutes. Downstairs neighbors were a bit messy but we never actually saw or heard them. Pool was pretty crowded. Fire pit table didn’t have propane tank at all but we enjoyed back patio. They told me to rent a pack n play but when we arrived there were 2. Several complaints in prior reviews mentioned better blinds were needed, I inquired about this in advance and they said it had been fixed. The new blinds were not fully black out but were good enough given our jet lag meant we were up early

We loved our stay at this unit, furnishings & appliances are all top quality & the art & decor are absolutely beautiful. It is very spacious and in a quiet location of the development, which is all very well designed and maintained. The pool was great & a really good amenity to have in between island trips too. This was a comfortable place to stay. Two en suite bedrooms and a smaller bedroom that’s suitable for kids. Everything worked well, the complex pool is well maintained, and Poipu Beach Park is close and convenient. A great place to stay in South Kauai.

Our family recently stayed at this Kauai, HA Airbnb managed by Elite Pacific. The unit is just as pictured....spacious, colorful, and clean. Each bedroom features new linens and a private bath. The kitchen boasts new appliances and all cooking utensils necessary for short or long term stays. A private pool and gym are a short walk away. I highly recommend this unit for all families interested in Kauai for their next vacation.

TLDR: Comfortable townhouse. Close to beach. Close to restaurants. Kid friendly. Would stay again. TL did R: Great townhouse in a nice/quiet HOA neighborhood. Somewhere between 5-8 minutes, by car, from Poipu beach; where sea turtles are known to visit often. Could walk there if you want to be an over-achiever, but definitely an easy drive. BnB provided beach chairs and umbrellas. Community had a nice pool and many BBQs (although the 3 I tried were all out of gas). Parking wasnt a problem. Assigned spot was a very, very short walk. A few extra guest spots around the complex. Could see additional parking being an issue during really busy times, but it was never a problem during my stay. Property was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook full dinners. Also had plastic kitchen flatware for young children. Coffee machine worked great. Air conditioner kept the whole place at a comfortable temperature. View from the patio was of trees and a...farm? It was better than looking at other townhouses. We split the house with a family and having a master suite separated from the other bedrooms was ideal. Large selection of restaurants nearby. A couple are very nice for a date-night. Didn't have a bad meal and never the same place twice. Costco & Target are 20-30 minutes away or there is a local grocery and pharmacy not too far. No substantial complaints. Great place to stay.

Beautiful accommodations! The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed morning walks, close proximity to local restaurants & stores. This particular condo has great privacy on the lanai with a view of the mountains and just a few steps away to the pool and fitness center. Highly recommend! Mahalo

This place was beautiful. Quite comfortable for our family if 6. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We were so sad to leave. Lots of handy things to have at the beach. The out door patio was so nice to have! Used it every day.

The condo we stayed at was amazing! Beautiful, spacious, clean, and a great location! The kitchen had most everything we needed, and we also had access to a fun pool and hot tub! Bryan was very easy to communicate with during out stay!

Amazing rental! Home is exactly what you see in the pictures. Super close to tons of restaurants & beaches! The pool and hot tub area was spectacular and 4-5 bbq’s to use anytime! We loved this home and had plenty of space for our entire group! The only downside is to bring a travel curtain from Amazon if you have littles since they only have blinds and no curtains for nap times. We had a concern with the air filters and reached out to them directly. Great service from the manger! The home had a high chair and pack n’ play for those with babies. Book this home- you won’t be disappointed 🙂

Beautiful condo! So nice to come back to AC and a comfortable space. Close to shopping, restaurants and only a short drive to the beach!

It was a perfect property for a family of five adults and baby. Everything we could possibly need was provided and the added benefit of the pool and hot tub were great. The ocean breezes on the lanai were enjoyed by all. It was a very quiet location. We all really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home.

This unit will take your breath away from the moment you walk in! There was a yummy welcome basket to greet us when we arrived. Location is near the exit of the complex & almost directly across from the pool. Walking distance to restaurants & shopping, and only minutes away from Poipu beach. The only thing I wish this unit had was blackout curtains in the bedrooms. There was a pack n' play & high chair for us to use. And there ARE toiletries. So don't pack your shampoo, conditioner or body wash! Super clean & feels like home with the decor! A must stay!

Place great for a family. Close to a popular beach with beautiful surroundings. Loved the lanai.

Highly recommend. I have visited the island 3 times so far and they were the best host without question. When I moved in, there was an issue with the AC that Brian had repaired then and there. Great space, very comfortable and excellent value.
