Pili Mai 4C

This was my first stay on Kauai without staying with family on island, and it was truly amazing! The kitchen was fantastic, fully equipped to whip up a feast. The lanai was enormous, perfect for unwinding after a day by the ocean. The rooms upstairs were great for the two kids. The beaches and shops were so conveniently located, and my absolute favorite Mexican spot on the island, Paco’s Tacos, is just a stone’s throw away. It was incredibly tough to leave, but I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

This home was perfect for our vacation! The location was quiet and beautiful. The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We felt right at home. We were very happy with our stay. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!!

After a little confusion on my part, our stay was amazing.  Our host welcomed us with amazing little gifts to try from the island, that was a nice surprise.  The home was very clean and close to everything. I would highly recommend this home.

The condo was as pictured. It was very nice, spacious, and clean. There were some nice snacks and beverages awaiting us. There were one or two small issues but Bryan was very responsive and corrected things immediately. We would definitely return.

Beautiful home and great location!

We had a wonderful time in Poipu Beach area! It was our very first time on the island, and our family was not disappointed. In fact, it was our favorite island to visit of all the ones in Hawaii. The condo was clean, spacious, and very well stocked. It was close to the beach, a town of shops, and the fitness club membership was a big plus for us. We highly recommend the Napali Coast boat tours (Blue Dolphin Tours was wonderful!), and the Waimea Canyon was incredible. We did the Canyon hiking trail, and it was tough but worth it, even with little kids - they had so much fun! In town, we highly recommend Scotty Brown's restaurant. It was one of the best meals and experiences we've ever had (not exaggerated). We hope to be back soon!

One of the best Airbnb my family and I have ever stayed at! Everything was spotless and they provided everything and more that we needed. Great location and excellent communication. Would stay here again!

Gorgeous property with everything we needed and more.

We stayed here with our four children ages 15-23. We had a great time and plenty of space. We were able to have our space and the kids utilized the space upstairs. We had no problems with the temperature in the house. The beach accessories in the garage were a big bonus. There were enough boogie boards for all of us as well as beach chairs and beach towels. We added a football to the stash of beach toys/pool items. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, body wash,etc. for our week stay as well as laundry supplies. There was a hairdryer, flat iron and curling iron for use as well. The unit is close to the pool which we really enjoyed. The development is close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. It was a great week!

Property very nice, only problem was the a/c system, downstairs had to be freezing to cool the upstairs bedrooms

Loved every minute of our stay here, it was exactly as pictured, in walking distance from shopping, food and beaches.

This property was everything we could have hoped for. A perfect base camp for our family of 6 while we explored the south shore. The amenities in the property as well as the pool etc were all amazing. The beds were ultra comfortable, the shower products smelled heavenly, and the entire space was absolutely perfect. Would absolutely stay here again!! Mahalo!!

Beautiful condo very well stocked with kitchen wares. Location perfect for a non beach front property.

A luxurious and spacious house, perfect for us (3 adults and 2 children). Well equipped and tastefully furnished and the amenities for the complex were great too (pool and hot tub). We also had access to the nearby athletic club a short drive away which was a fun way to spend half a day with drinks and lunch. The Poipu shopping village is a short drive away and has plenty of good restaurants and shops. Easy access to the beautiful beach. I would recommend this place without hesitation for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful accommodations on the south side of Kauai. The condo is well stocked, clean, and close to everything you might need. We would definitely stay at Pili Mai 4C again. Thank you!

This condo is literally the nicest place I have ever stayed on vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more, and even had spices. In every room, someone thoughtfully had items one would need. There were plenty of towels and also beach towels. In the garage were beach accessories inc, boogie and surf boards, chairs, sand toys for the tots. We were able to wash clothes--meaning if I came back we could honestly pack half as much. The lanai had beautiful views and was a nice place to start our day with a cup of coffee. It was close to Poipou beach, shopping, and fabulous restaurants and ice cream! Centrally located on the island, we did east side and Waimea Canyon one day, and Princeville and Hanalei another. It was immaculate and exquisitely decorated, and also close to the pool at the property. We definitely would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back. Bryan was easily a text away, but we seriously had no issues whatsoever.

This is a very nice condo, we enjoyed it, and we would stay again. It is well designed, very nicely furnished and decorated, and it is well stocked with kitchen gear and beach gear. The outdoor dining area is spacious and enjoyable, and the beds are very comfortable. The guest membership to Poipu Beach Athletic Club was fantastic, allowing walking distance access to fitness facilities, tennis, pickleball, and a restaurant. The service from Elite Pacific was excellent. We found a non-working blender in the unit and Elite Pacific had a replacement blender in our hands within hours. If you are sensitive to noise, keep in mind that when doors or windows are open the unit does receive some noise from the trafficked road by the dining deck and from air conditioning systems immediately below the unit.

Close to beaches, golf, shopping and restaurants. New and modern unit with pool/hot tub. Not far from airport.

Property as described. Plentiful with things to use for the beach (cooler, towels, beach bag, pool noodles). Also has plenty of things for kids (high chair, uno, dominoes). Patio is amazing. Super clean. Close to restaurants and beaches. Very spacious for our family or 6. Would def stay again!

This property was awesome. The second place we stayed on our trip and I was originally worried it was a little too far from the (Website hidden by Airbnb) wasn’t. The property is immaculate and felt so open and airy inside as well. The furnishings and stocked kitchen made cooking some of our meals a breeze as well when we didn’t feel like going out. Bryan and Kenny both were always accessible and able to answer questions we had even on a long weekend holiday. The place is really a gem. Fun surprise - each time we would watch a flock of parakeet would swarm the trees near the deck. They were a beautiful like green and yellow hue. Watching 50 or more of these bird flying and playing around was so fun from the deck.

This place was clean, nice, had everything we needed, and worked out perfectly! Thank you! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
