- Pili Mai Spa & Keiki Pool: Repairs begin the week of February 17. The spa (hot tub) is expected to be closed for approximately 4–6 weeks. The keiki pool may reopen sooner, timing dependent on construction progress and safety requirements. Temporary pool-area closures may occur on select days.
- Construction Safety Notice: All construction areas are fully enclosed and off-limits. Guests must follow posted signage at all times. Unauthorized entry into closed areas may result in a $1,000 fine plus any associated repair or remediation costs, which may be charged to the responsible guest.

The condo we stayed in was perfect for our group of three couples. We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed our stay in Kauai.
We had the best time. The condo was immaculate and in the perfect quiet location. The furnishings were tasteful and the condo had everything we could possibly need. We would return again and again.
The apartment was beautiful, well maintained, stocked and the hosts were excellent. They even left some wonderful welcome gifts, a nice bag of granola, a bottle of ready made Mai Tais, great coffee and the condo had everything we would have wanted. Great location, easy parking. The only thing, and it's really small, is that it was a little hard to find in the dark. The directions should say after the roundabout within the complex, just go to the end of the road and the lot is straight ahead and left of the well maintained recycling area. Otherwise everything was great and well maintained. We alerted the host to the need for some new beach chairs etc., but the fact that they even provided them was just lovely. I'd definitely stay with this group again. If it's within your price range, don't hesitate to stay there. You'll really enjoy it.
The condo was very clean. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Wonderful welcome gift, plenty garbage bags, dish soap, bathroom amenities, and even some beach chairs. Great location and very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Interior is tastefully decorated and was perfect for our family of four. Everything we could possibly need was in the unit. Our kids loved swimming in the pool too.

What a GEM! Let me first say communication between Gather, the property manager and myself was on point. From the time we walked in the front door we felt right at home. They certainly strive by the WOW factor. This villa/ condo was luxurious in a very upscale community. From the decor to upgraded appliances to fine cutlery to fine clean soft bedding and sheets the list goes on. It comes with amenities such as minor cooking goods, business supplies, laundry supplies, great AC and even beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. It was also immaculate clean and very comfortable. It was great having access to the community pool and gym after a long day being out at the beach and sight seeing. Oh and let's not forget the picturesque relaxing view from the balcony of the golf course and ocean to top it off. We will certainly be back!

by David BThis townhouse is a gem! It exceeds all expectations on the photos. The home was very clean when we arrived. The views from the balcony were exceptional. The townhome development has access to a pool and spa. The vegetation at the development is so beautiful. The home is located close to Poipu Beach and the surrounding area. We golfed on the adjacent course and tried all the local cuisine. We suggest Koloa Pizza and bar. There’s a great ice cream shop next door. We highly recommend this home!
