Please note that Sealcoating will begin at the north end with Buildings 5, 6, and 7 and progress across the property. Courtyard areas and garages will be inaccessible for 2-3 days, weather permitting. Work will proceed on 2-3 buildings at a time with at least 48 hours’ notice, though this may change. All vehicles must be moved from asphalt areas by 8 AM on the scheduled workday to avoid towing. Temporary parking is available at Kiahuna Plantation Drive & Kiahuna Golf Course Access Road. Walking on sealed asphalt is prohibited for 24 hours. A safe walking path will be marked. Pili Mai is not responsible for cleaning or damage from sealcoating.
This single-story, second-floor condo opens to the scenic Kiahuna Golf Course, with ocean views beyond. Its newly constructed floor plan features central air conditioning and three spacious bedrooms, each with its own full bath. Pili Mai 8C has an excellent location close to the community pool, hot tub, and fitness facilities, and allows guests to quickly access world-class beaches, golf, dining, shopping, spas, activities, and adventures.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was perfect. It had everything we needed including chairs, umbrellas, and ice chests. Traveling with college daughter and high school son gave everyone enough space. Enjoyed morning breakfast on the balcony everyday. Great location next to the pool made quick dips in the water easy.

Hard to believe, but the property is better in person than the photos. Virtually new, and the furnishings, appliances, beds, kitchen/dining utensils were top notch all the way. Many great beaches just a few minutes away and the chairs, towels and umbrella provided made it so easy to slide right into vacation. We had no issues whatsoever with the reservation, arrival, stay and departure, and the Elite Pacific team deserve full credit for the five-star experience, kudos and mahalo!

Wonderful Property - Just as Described

by Stephanie AThis is a wonderful location on a beautiful golf course just up the street from Poipu beach. The three bedrooms are gorgeous, the primary suite is huge with a walk-in closet and the best AC. The other two rooms are also nice, one is smaller than the other which could be a little tight with luggage but it is manageable. Be mindful of the windows, they have these wooden sliders that cover the window but no privacy curtain or screen so golfers can easily see into the bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances from blenders to steamers to a puree machine and also has salt, pepper, and oils for cooking. The freezer has ice packs and outside there is a storage chest with a cooler, a beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs, and some beach toys (the boogie board was broken). They have tons of towels and extra blankets/ pillows as well as a basket with 6 beach towels. My main tip for staying here is to make sure you know how to use the keypad code when you arrived. We accidentally received the wrong code due to a typo and didn't discover it until later at night trying to come home. Luckily the customer service was GREAT and Bryan was able to help us troubleshoot within five minutes of us calling for assistance. Would definitely stay here again!
Outstanding place to stay
by PETER HWe really enjoyed Pili Mai 8C. The condo is super nice and very well supplied with everything needed and is conveniently located close to the pool/workout room. I highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in Kauai. It can accommodate up to 6 people (not easy to find in Kauai at an affordable price). It's also a short drive to Koloa (supermarket & a few restaurants). There are several restaurants in a shopping area a couple of minutes drive from Pili Mai but they usually have crazy long wait times and may run out of food. We really liked Pacos Tacos, a hundred yards or so from the condo and has a good variety of Mexican dishes. This restaurant also stays open during all of dinner time (some close at 8pm), does not run out of food (surprisingly many restaurants do) and the wait for seating is short.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! We were close to needed shops and restaurants and the house itself was even better in real life compared to photos, which already looked great! Everything was immaculately clean and comfortable and we would, without a doubt, book again when we revisit Kauai next year. Thanks again!

Wondeful stay for 5 of us
by Janet SWe loved the new, impeccably clean, nicely decorated condo. We enjoyed the large lanai for golf views, distant ocean view, breakfasts, drinks and lovely sunsets. There is plenty of room throughout, a well equipped kitchen and quality furnishings. Plenty of supplies: laundry detergent, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, paper products, etc. There are TVs in living and 2 master bedrooms, none in queen room. Also, for the 2 bedroom smart TVs, you need to have your own sign in passwords to stream to view anything - no standard channels. (But, who cares about watching TV in Kauai?!) There is a storage chest in the front with 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, an inflatable pool float and beach toys for kids. The condo building is very close to the grills and beautiful, large pool, kids pool and hot tub - some of the nicest and largest around. The condo has a convenient, assigned parking space for the unit. The management company was thorough and attentive. We wish we were still there!
Nicest Place I've Ever Stayed!

It is super clean, comfortable, spacious, well appointed, beautiful, new, gorgeous view, and it seemed they've thought of everything. We spent 2 weeks here, and everything was perfect. I didn't want to go home, and I would come back here in a heartbeat!
