Our family of 5 loved staying here! The home is beautiful and we had enough room for all of us to spread out. We fixed several meals at the home and had everything we needed, such as spices, oils, and pots and utensils. While the neighborhood is walkable to some stores and restaurants, it also feels very private due to the gorgeous landscaping. We appreciated all of the sea toys, beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels. If you have a chance to stay in this lovely house, do it!

Nice home, worked well for our family of eight. Good location, well supplied with beach chairs, etc. The pool is quite small, but still a nice amenity. Check out is a little early, we ended up renting a motel room for the day as a home base pending 10:00 pm flights back to the mainland.

Enjoyed the beach items provided: towels, umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, boogie board. Fully stocked kitchen with spices and oil was nice. Enjoyed the pool in the evenings. We paid for pool heat and glad we did because it was still a little chilly end of March. Well maintained and very clean home with very comfortable beds and a lot of room for everyone to spread out. Stone floors add charm to the home but are a little uneven in places. Not an issue for us and did not impact our stay but something to consider for future guests who may have very very young children or those with mobility issues. Overall a very nice stay. Thank you.

Centrally located in the NorthShore. Walking distance to local grocery store. Easy drive to nearby towns.

The home was perfect for our large family and kids to spread out. Easy access to the park behind the property allowed for the kids to play after a day at Hanalei. The kitchen was fully stocked and all of the indoor and outdoor seating was amazing. Great home and we would certainly stay again.

This is a lovely place to stay. Enjoyed being able to walk to the grocery store and a couple of restaurants. Lots of space for a family.

We had a wonderful family gathering here. Home is spacious and updated, with all the necessary features as well as niceties.

Roomy, clean, fully equipped kitchen, wonderful location, lots of amenities. Beach equipment was a plus.. Kids--and dads--loved the arcade game and ping-pong table! Moms loved 2 washers and 2 dryers! All in all, a great house for a family vacation.

Our family loved it! We had 7 adults and 2 children under three at the house. It was plenty of space. The security fence around the pool was ideal. Location was central to getting around Princeville, Hanalei and other area beaches. Plenty of beach accessories to for everyone!

This place was fantastic. We had a group of 5 adults, 4 children and the house was absolutely perfect for us! It's beautiful inside and out. The pool was great for the kids! Prinveville plaza is about a 4 minute walk. We did it with the kiddos almost every day, no problem. There's also an awesome park right along the side of the house, with an awesome playground for the kids. Even had lots of exercise equipment for the adults too! There is also a trail that leads to a secluded beach right by the stop sign. It's definitely a long walk, and I highly recommend not doing it with the little ones, or when it's raining. The trail does get slippery. The house is an easy 10 minute drive to Hanalei Bay. It was actually perfectly located, we weren't more than 20 minutes away from anything we wanted to do. The AC in the bedrooms was a great bonus! The rest of the house doesnt have AC, but there are 2 ceiling fans that work great, so the heat didn't bother us. This house was worth every penny!

This house is even better in person than in the photos. We could not have been more pleased with the stay. Do yourself a favor and book this house for a fabulous vacation!

The home was very clean and well stocked. A lot of extra towels, beach towels and the kitchen had everything except a waffle maker. Very well stocked for a rental kitchen. It also had a lot of beach chairs and a ping pong table. The pool was small, however everyone enjoyed it. The outside area was wonderful to play games at night. We had a wonderful time!!

This place was perfect for our family of 10. Everyone was very comfortable. Good communication.

We stayed here with extended family totaling 9 for our beach wedding and it was absolutely perfect!!! The home is gorgeous and there is space for everyone: a huge wrap-around lanai, fully stocked kitchen where we cooked breakfast and most dinners and even plenty of beach equipment. From tweens to teens to adults, everyone had an amazing and memorable vacation. Thank you for opening your home to us….we will be back!

Beautiful home for multiple families or a single family. We slept well in the dark, air conditioned rooms with comfy king beds and soft linens. The pool is a huge plus for those days when you simply want to take a dip without going to the beach, however, Wyllie’s beach is in walking distance and Queen’s Bath is a must-see (better to ride bikes or have a designated driver drop off and pick up). Full of games for rainy days, our boys enjoyed the ping pong table even more than the arcade, which I have to admit was more fun for adults! There are also board games and the WiFi and tv is excellent. Quiet, except roosters (bring a sound machine) in a friendly neighborhood and walking distance to Foodland, Lappert’s Ice Cream & Coffee, The Spot (breakfast) and a short drive to Hideaway Pizza, plus Hanalei. Perfect location, beautiful home, comfortable and easy. We would love to come back soon.

I could not be happier with our choice to stay at this property. Everything was accurately described, and honestly the place was bigger than the pictures made it look. We had 7 adults and 1 toddler and the entire place suited us perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful (except maybe for the chickens!) and was in a great location; we could walk to several restaurants and grocery store, and a large park was right down the path. The fresh fruit from the trees and the pool time gave us a great place to relax before or after a day of adventures. I only have two very small complaints; one, the design of the floor is stone and uneven, which looks amazing, but can be a little hard on big and small feet alike; there were a couple stubbed toes, but once you get used to it, it's fine. Two, there were no real instructions about the grill regarding gas use, i.e. if the tanks were full, where to fill them, etc. We tried to grill one night, assuming the tank in the bbq was full, but it went out as soon as we started, and though there were a few spare in the garage, they were empty too. Would have been nice to know before we planned a big grill night. Otherwise the place was fully stocked with everything else we would need. My son especially loved the beach toys, and we loved having coolers, chairs, and snorkeling gear for the beach as well. We spent a lot of time at the beaches and saw so many sea turtles and fish! We love love loved our stay and would definitely come back.

We loved this home. It was beautiful inside and out! The double washer and dryer was a plus! They provided beach chairs, a beach umbrella, some water shoes, beach toys, and beach bags. There’s also a shower outside to rinse off after a day at the beach. There was 8 of us and we were so comfortable in the house with space to spare. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The only other thing I have to mention is the slate floors, although they look nice, they were a little uneven and rough on our feet after a day of walking. It would be fine if you had slippers, but we did not bring any slippers with us. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we all had a great time!!

We had a wonderful stay in Feb 2022. Yen was excellent to deal with and responded to all of our needs in a timely manner. House is well equipped and absolutely comfortable beds and linens. House is unique and pool is nice to just chill around.

Great house with everything you need for a fabulous stay. Clean, spacious and a great location.

It was a beautiful place to stay. Very large and had a big kitchen and hang out area. It was really close to beaches, shopping and entertainment. We also loved having the pool to play in when we weren’t at the beach!

This house was everything described and more! We first got there in the pouring rain. This one lasted maybe 10 minutes.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property in addition to the management company. My husband and I have been coming to Kauai for years, have traveled all over the world and have certainly stayed in numerous vacation rentals, but this was one of the most comfortable, well-stocked homes we have ever stayed and the management company was very easy to work with. KITCHEN: Electric kettle, keurig coffee maker, any cooking gadget you can think of, fabulous high end skillets and pots/pans, really nice knives, enough utensils for a party of 50, basic staple condiments (salt, pepper, variety of spices/seasonings, stevia packets, cooking oils, etc.), even aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, ziploc bags…you name it! The cooktop was efficient and easy to use, as were the rest of the appliances. I also appreciated the various cleaners, dishwasher packets, etc. under the sink The cleansers were nice to keep the countertops free of any spills—this is a tropical area, after all—and there are always tiny little insects that will emerge if you leave food out. But having the cleaners and paper towels available to keep the counters clean as well as always putting our dirty dishes away after every meal pretty much made that a non-issue for us. Absolutely anything you might need! BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: We originally were supposed to be a party of 4 staying here, but the other 2 in our party had a change of plans. So it ended up just being my husband and me. So we started out in the master bedroom upstairs but ended up moving to the downstairs bedroom. 1) Because it seemed unnecessary to have our room all the way upstairs when it was just the 2 of us and 2) it seemed like the WiFi signal was a bit weaker in the master? While the room, bed, AC, bathroom were wonderful—because the WiFi signal was a bit challenging in that corner of the house, we decided to move downstairs. We ended up still using the shower upstairs in the master however—which was lovely and perfect with the dual shower heads, really nice jacuzzi tub (big enough for my 6’1” husband), plenty of room and great ventilation with all of the windows and the upstairs balcony. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for the 2 of us! The bed was comfortable, the sheets were crisp and the comforter was a perfect weight. It was super chilly with the individual split AC unit which was delightful for sleeping. Plus, the WiFi signal seemed better in that room. All of the bedrooms had flat screen SMART TVs with all the standards (Netflix, etc) that were relatively easy to navigate (although I could see those without any familiarity with these types of TVs might find it challenging). I will advise anyone staying in the downstairs bedroom to make sure to have the shades down before bed. This room is right next to the walking path which is frequented by numerous runners, walkers, etc in the early mornings—and they are right next to these windows. LIVING AREAS: Although the living room and main areas were not air conditioned, we never noticed an issue. There are plenty of upper windows in the living room with screens and ceiling fans to circulate, so we never noticed an issue, even on the hot days. BACK PATIO/POOL: The back patio was covered, with comfortable seating and tables, and also has a ceiling fan. It was delightful to sit out there during the random rain showers that are common on the north side of Kauai. While we didn’t use the pool that much, the temperature was fine and it was actually quite a bit deeper than we originally thought! And despite the house/backyard being next to the walking path, the patio/pool area was still very private. There are also lime and avocado trees out there, so you bet we grabbed those for some homemade guacamole! LAUNDRY: Fabulous and much appreciated to have 2 washers and dryers. With just the 2 of us, we never needed them both at the same time, but I can imagine if you have a full house, this would be quite a perk. There were plenty of beach towels ready to use on the counter in there. There was also laundry soap and softener provided, and in the laundry room cabinets were extra lotions, sunblock, bug spray, etc. ACCESSORIES: There is a multitude of beach equipment (Tommy Bahama chairs, snorkels, goggles, coolers, umbrellas, etc). There’s also a rack of weights in the garage! LOCATION: This is a great, central location. Yes, you are near one of the main roads, but we only occasionally noticed it. Like I already mentioned, the main thing is that it’s next to a major walking/running path, so you may also occasionally notice rather muscular, fit individuals working out as you look down from the 2nd story master window. What’s so wrong with that? 😉 We walked to the Foodland grocery store a couple times during our stay and hiked down to Wyllie’s beach early one morning. Anything up on the north end is easily within driving distance (Anini’s, Happy Talk, Hideaway’s, etc.). We even got up early and scored a parking spot to snorkel at Tunnels early one morning. You just have to be prepared for the construction delays in/out of Hanalei. They opened it up more while we were there, so hopefully that isn’t an issue for too much longer. MANAGEMENT COMPANY: Very responsive. We were texting back and forth while on our flight over (for the safe travels program verification), and it was really nice to have that immediate contact just in case we needed something. The house was perfectly set up and ready for our arrival, complete with some complimentary granola, Koloa mai Thai mix and chocolate covered macadamia nuts. Plus, there was already coffee in the cabinet too! I apologize for the novel, but I always appreciate detailed reviews so that I know what to expect. I hope you also appreciate

Awesome place to stay! We would stay again. Great well stocked kitchen too. In case your bringing an infant there are three pack & play cribs there. Elite communicated very well and the place was very clean.

Three generations (our parents, ourselves, and our two teenage boys) stayed for one week. Amazing property! Plenty of room. Appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms for sleeping, but the Kauai breeze made the rest of the house comfortable. Well appointed house with many amenities (dishes/glasses/silverware for 16, beach chairs, towels, beach umbrellas, etc.). Loved the pool! Would recommend to anyone!
