The ocean view! Everything was perfect, comfortable. The staff were amazing too. Thank you, we had the best time!

Loved this place to stay. We spent 3 nights here after hiking the Kalalau trail. It was really nice to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed using the pool and beach umbrella. The deck was the best part of the place. So fun to look for sea turtles, dolphins, and whales.

Outstanding accommodation and Oceanside location.

The location was stellar. You can hear waves crashing on rocks below. It was a very short walk to brenneke and poipu beaches. We had a little confusion about where to get information- the unit is managed by a company -so they reach out to u about how to get into the condo etc. I was told to text them with any issues. The toaster was broken and there were no towels- they very promptly responded. They gave us a lovely welcome basket that included coffee, chocolate covered macadamias nuts, local granola- island treats, even a local hawaiian punch. It was very thoughtful. The beds were comfortable. the air conditioning worked very well. The kitchen had the basics and was functional. the couch was comfortable. The lanai/deck was small- it only has 2 chairs- but feels pretty private because of the way the building is built. I thought Poipu Shores was a great location.

The unit had everything one would need for a beach vacation. It was within walking distance to both Brennecke and Poipu beaches and driving distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. We highly recommend it!

We loved our Hawaiian home and can't wait to come back. THE VIEW! WOW! It is beautiful and so what our family needed. There is everything you need inside the condo and close by.

Top notch. We felt right at home and would love to come back and stay again. Property: Clean, updated, furnished well and private. You can’t hear neighbors. The view to the ocean is amazing, and you can hear and see the waves crashing due to the proximity. There are 2 private, separate bedrooms, with fantastic AC. Living room also has central AC. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the welcome basket was lovely. Thank you. Location: Complex is well kept and has a pool. The ocean view is just stunning. There is a gated pathway from the complex that makes the walk to the beach shorter. Breneckes is about 5-7 mins away, Poipu Beach Park about 7-10 mins away, easy trek with beach gear provided by the property. Had fun, many thanks for everything!

I can’t say enough good about this place… the view was amazing both front and back! Gather communicated spectacularly, and we were welcomed with Hawaiian snacks, coffee, and the sounds of the ocean only steps away. Parking was not a hassle. The spots are small, but just stay between the lines, and all is well. The air conditioning was not good at first, but I figured it out, and we actually needed to use extra blankets at night, so the temperature was very comfortable. The location is perfect… we were able to drive to the northern shore multiple times within an hour and a half.

The balcony was the real selling point for us. We sat out there and watched the waves hit the rocky shore. It was a powerful display of the force of water, with the spray reaching several stories high when the waves would hit just right. We saw turtles in the water around the rocks.

The view was spectacular. It was so nice being able to the park , beach, and several restaurants. The location is probably one of the best we've stayed at in our travels. It was extremely clean and the beds were super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed. We cooked out a couple of nights on the community grill (very clean and well taken care of). The welcome basket was perfect. *Thanks for the info to find more of that delicious, yummy coffee in the basket.

Gorgeous property , had everything we needed and had an awesome time.

This location is exactly as shown. Right at the ocean's edge with the wonderful sound of waves crashing into and over the rocks. Lots of turtles and seals to be spotted. Comfortable and roomy with all the amenities you need to relax and unwind.

This property has an amazing location where you can see whales jumping in the ocean from your window. You also often see turtles in the cove while at the swimming pool. It is very nice to get to see so much and just listen to the ocean from the room. The place was also kept very clean and had good facilities to use. We felt that the bed in the master bed room was comfortable and the ones in the guest bed room were fine. The place is very nice, the only possible improvements that I saw were that the amount of hot water when taking a shower was quite limited. We did have the exact same experience in other places we have stayed at Poipu shores. Also, some of the kitchen accessories supplied could be better. For example, there were only 4 spoons supplied and so we had to run the dishwasher a lot. This is nothing big but it could be improved. Outside of that however, the place is extremely nice and we would definitely stay there again!

Great stay

The view and location are awesome - not sure how this would be without a car so I would recommend renting one. It was so nice to have AC and access to a pool! It is definitely a bit of a splurge but it was very cool to see sea turtles right from our balcony! There were only 2 of us so we only used the master. It was great to have a washer dryer too. I am not so sure on the second bedroom - the AC didn’t seem to reach it. There are fans in the unit so you might be able to cool it down if you have people sleeping there.

Great location and the patio view cannot be beat. We spent a lot of time in the pool, more than we anticipated for the trip and found the pool to be very well maintained. The second bedroom does not have AC so that seemed a little warm. We did not use the second bedroom so this was not an issue for us. Kitchen was very well stocked. Internet speeds were excellent for streaming and some light remote working. Loved that they offered some beach chairs, a small cooler, and some pool noodles to use. Staff was very friendly. We truly enjoyed our time here!

This condo was spectacular, waves crashing into the rocks right off the balcony. An abundance of marine life, sea turtles right outside and easily visible. We also saw pods of dolphins in the distance. Great stay!

Came here with our 8 year old and the location was stellar. You can walk to Brennecke or Poipu beach, and shops are just a short drive away. Property manager was very responsive - delivered us a beach chair early the next day when we discovered one of the ones they provided was broken. The condo is well stocked although it could use a few more big plates. The space was clean and mostly updated. Guest shower tub could use an update, but nothing egregious. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here!

This place was overall very nice, but the back bedroom is exposed to night-time A/C noise and light from the hallway. A heavy blind could work wonders. Other than that, we are completely satisfied with our stay and would be very happy to visit again. Thanks to all for maintaining such a nice property!

We have stayed at Poipu. shores 2 times before this visit. In building B. Little did we know of the gem A building is west of unit 5. OMG the sunsets were phenomenal. Never had to leave our lanai. The waves beating against the rocks were better than any sound machine. The turtles, whales and dolphins entertained us. The unit itself is well appointed and stocked. I would suggest checking in before grocery shopping to avoid duplicate/unnecessary purchases. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Beach equipment includes chairs, boogie boards, snorkel/fins and beach toys. The unit is lovely but small. I wouldn’t recommend 4 Adults, max 2 adults and 2 children. An A+ and highest ratings for this unit!!

This is a spectacular home! The kitchen is equipped for any meal preparation. The location is perfect. Picturesque walk along the ocean to small coffee shop, lunch spots and even ocean front dinner. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the selling point to this condo! My family and I were so happy spend our vacation in this home (AC was a triple PLUS)!!!

LOCATION IS AMAZING! Master bedroom practically has wave’s crashing into it. Well stocked. Rent a mid-sized car parking spots in Kauai are small. Find shortcut to the beach on waterfront you need the pool key provided to unlock gate. Great kitchen.

Beautiful condo with the most spectacular view! Great kitchen and such a comfy bed. Loved having breakfast on the patio. Also, the pool is heated! Loved it here! Everything we needed was there! All kitchen things, even snorkels, boogie boards, and chairs. Highly recommend walking down to Poipou beach at night to see the sea turtles! Would stay here again!

I have been staying at Poipu Shores since 2006 when my wife and I began renting one of the condos there, but always on the ground floor of the A building; even after my wife died in 2016, I continued to rent a building A ground floor condo at Poipu Shores, with the exception of 2021 because of the Covid-19 pandemic. So this year I ended up renting 206A because of the “spalling” that was being done to 103A, my original reservation for 2022. I found 206A to be very nicely appointed and comfortable, but I am spoiled by the outside spaciousness of the ground floor units where your lanai merges out into the grass and I found the deck of 206A was too narrow and small, even though it has a great view. Also, the ice maker in 206A was not working and when I mentioned that to the property manager for 206A, he responded with something to the effect “…there are ice cube trays available.” There were ice cube trays available and I had to use them, but that was the first time in all the years I have rented at Poipu Shores that I did not have a functioning ice maker. Also, the instructions in the unit directory for how to use the big TV in the living room are useless: one of my friends staying in another unit had to come in and help me get the living room TV to work with the cable system; after that, it worked just fine. One more item I had difficulty with was all of the drawers in the three weird chests-of-drawers in the guest bedroom stick terribly and are all difficult if not impossible to open and close. Other than these three things, I was very satisfied with my stay in 206A.

Unit A206 was awesome. Our own spouting horn right outside patio. View was unbelievable. Clean Only negative would be the parking. We had a handicap tag and times there were no spaces(only 3) and they were too narrow to park and get out of car. If you park outside the lines so all can access the car they will give you a warning on windshield. Plan on returning to same facility asap Mahalo

Location, location, location. This place has is. Perfect ocean sunset views, perfect beach access, walkable restaurant. We had whale and turtle sightings outside our window nearly every day. You can't beat the location. Honestly the place needs a little sprucing up, but everything worked and the Elite Pacific contact was very helpful at every turn. It was a great trip, we'd stay here again, for sure!

A great spot for our family. Very close to nice beaches, we watched whales from the deck, enjoyed the turtles coming in on the beach near by. The kitchen is well equipped.

Spectacular oceanfront location - we fell asleep each night to the sound of the waves breaking on the rocks below. The condo is clean, well-maintained, and well-appointed; plenty of room for us on our Hawaiian wedding trip. Highly recommend, we will definitely look to stay here again in the future when we visit Kauai!

This unit was stocked with everything we needed from kitchen to bath to the beach. The management company helped with arranging groceries before we arrived and reserving a boat tour. The condo was within walking distance to Poipu beach and closeby restaurants. We loved hearing and watching the crashing ocean waves right from our balcony and so convenient for sunset. The only downside was the warm temperature of the second bedroom. You need to leave the doors open and the A/C turned down in the common area for cool air to circulate into that bedroom. There was a ceiling fan and floor fan that really helped. Overall a fabulous vacation!

This a great place. It is a great location with great views of the ocean. It is close to poi'pu beach but also is very private. We hope to return soon.

This was the perfect place to stay for our Kauai getaway! The unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the AC kept us cool. It's in a great location with the balcony overlooking the ocean (it's right there -- you almost get sprayed by the waves while you're eating breakfast!). Would come back and stay here again.

We just returned from our stay at Elite Pacific! The sunsets were absolutely priceless! In the mornings we watched the dolphins swim by and the many turtles ! The pool is just so clean and so relaxing after a day of golfing or a day at the beach! Location is so great! The condo is so clean and the bedroom we stayed in had A/C and so did the living room/kitchen ! It’s a quiet condo facility and we would highly recommend this to family and friends! Thank you for making our holiday so complete!

This place is amazing, the views from the patio are even better than in the picture. A/C was a huge plus since we were there in August. Not mentioned in the description but possibly left behind by other guests were 2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, a cooler and some snorkel gear.

Great location. Amazing sounds and views of the crashing waves. Clean nice set up. Full bath was great for the kids. Walking distance to a Poipu beach.
