Great location. Views were amazing
The lanai view and sound is spectacular! Turtles feeding in the ocean right out front of unit.. The pool, washer and dryer unit, beach chairs, towels and cooler were great to use during our stay. Comfy beds and view from bedrooms Our only complaint is the indoor living area has limited seating which is difficult for 4 people in a 2 bedroom place. Would recommend putting the tv on wall and adding two chairs below it to maximize the space for the size of the unit. Most people probably aren’t there to watch tv anyway. Poipu beach is the best beach for snorkeling, swimming and turtles resting on the sand.

We loved the location, the friendly and very helpful office staff, and the overall cleanliness of the property. Of course, the view from the lanai can’t be beat!
Most beautiful spot I’ve ever stayed! Ocean and waves right outside your back porch with a pool on a cliff! I mean come on, you can’t beat it. Two comfy soft king beds with everything stocked and they even gave us coffee and chocolate and cookies when we walked in. Right next to the grand Hyatt too which was nice lol. Snuck in every day and booked massages at their spa. Great host too. Just book this place you won’t regret it

by Scott RHard to get off the lanai to go anywhere when you can sit, enjoy your coffee or takeout, and watch the sea turtles swimming and surfing the waves all day long. Beautiful moon and stars, water is so clear, easy to walk to the local beaches. Just absolutely wonderful. Communications were terrific as well all leading up to and throughout.

Enjoyed staying at the this appartement and loved the proximity to beach, 5 min walk. Loved the pool and bbq amenities. Windows were old and hard to open and dusty but otherwise place was fantastic. Loved the welcome package.

The main benefit is the striking location literally over crashing waves. You can sit on the large balcony at night and ponder eternity as the stars meet the ocean. Both bedrooms are spacious but the one shared bathroom is tiny with no space for toiletries.The pool is ok and the beaches are within walking distance. Would repeat

Absolutely great place. We had a very hard time tearing ourselves away from the lanai and turtles playing in the surf. We will definitely return next time we are in Kauai!!

Fantastic Views Absolutely Perfect
by Bill GThis is a very unique property and that it has two ocean front bedrooms. The property manager was fantastic. The air conditioner had to be fixed two times, and both times it was taken care of the same day. We would definitely stay here again. My wife loved watching the turtles from the balcony. This is a good unit for a couple.

Absolutely gorgeous view and would fall asleep to the waves crashing into the rocks every night ( even with the windows closed). You are within walking distance to Poipu beach which is the beach all the sea turtles sleep on at night! Incredible!!!!! Also there is an excellent shopping center with shops and restaurants that is a 5 minute drive away. Our friends stayed north of the island and they would drive to Poipu every night for dinner. If we come back we will definitely stay here again!!

My family has such a wonderful time at this property
by Darren SMy family has such a wonderful time at this property. It was really amazing. It needs to be updated eventually, but it is a super sweet condo. Balcony over looks pool, which opens reasonably at 8am. That means families start swimming a bit early, but didn't pose a problem. It is really an incredible view of the water, the waves and the sunsets. Within walking distance to Poipu Beach, which is one of the best beaches for kids. Sea Turtles, Stingrays, and Dolphins off the balcony, you can't beat it. Pool was awesome too. Elite was very communicative and check-in was a breeze. We simply had the perfect vacation here.

by Kyle KBest oceanfront view I have ever seen. We enjoyed every minute. Saw sea turtles all day long from the lanai and even saw a pod of dolphins swim by one day. Great location! Minutes from Poipu beach and great snorkeling. Also seeing the turtles sleeping on Poipu beach and reentering the ocean in the morning was a spectacular experience. Good home base for exploring beautiful Kauai, We will be back!

by MarciaThe location of this unit was beyond words for us first time Hawaiian travelers. Absolutely hands down amazing. However, Be prepared for a 24 hour window unit a/c running to try and keep up with the high humidity given the location. Since we had a few days if rain, it was a bit much for us.

Incredible views and excellent location!
by Dave KWe enjoyed the views and sounds of the surf. We saw many green turtles down below the pool near the rocks too! We also saw some migrating whales in the distance, about 1/2 mile from shore. Very cool! Restaurants and stores were convenient too.

Wonderful experience living so close to the sea, we even saw turtles and whales on balcony! If you don’t mind sleeping with the wave sound, you should definitely consider this house!
This is the perfect spot for two couples to relax and enjoy. The view off each master bedroom is open to the ocean. We spotted turtles, dolphins and whales from the lanai. We hope to return soon.
