I run a business cleaning Airbnb‘s in my hometown so for me to find a place up to my cleanliness standard is rare. This home was in such great condition and so well-maintained. I was very impressed with the cleanliness. There was an assortment of dishes for us to use as I did cook at home quite a bit. Extra linens that were perfectly clean and spotless for the pullout couch. Everything was exactly what I was hoping for and even more. We will definitely be staying here again Next time we come back to Hawaii.

Lovely place. Just like the pictures, very thoughtful and had all the beach equipment you needed from chairs to an umbrella to a cool box. Very clean. Parking on premises was great.

The condo was so well appointed. It had everything we could possibly need to cook, play games, beach chairs— we were right at home for our first visit. The beach is a short walk, but there’s public parking right by turtle bay next to the ritz with public access— stunning and great snorkeling for the kids. Beautiful sunsets over the golf course or the beach— cannot say enough about the host and property.

This was one of our best experiences with an Airbnb and are looking forward to returning as soon as possible. Love the property post was responsive and helpful, extremely clean unit felt right at home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is exactly as pictured and very clean and modern. It was very nice to have the back patio for eating breakfast and this space felt very private. The pool is right out front and was perfectly warm - even when we had a couple cooler days we were still comfortable swimming in the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the dishwasher was a bonus. The condo is about 8 minutes to foodland which had everything we needed. The turtle bay beach was about a 12 minute walk. Recommend driving down the street a little bit and going to Kawela bay- a lot less people here and there is plenty of shade and the cove is perfect for swimming. This condo was the perfect location as it’s only about 20 minutes from Haleiwa for shopping and restaurants but also very close to several nice beaches on the north and north east side of the island. Great food trucks within 6 minutes of the condo. We would happily book this condo again in the future!

I would highly recommend Gather’s Airbnb - the resort complex is lovely, the apartment itself was clean, easy to work remotely from, and has everything we needed. The team at Gather went above and beyond to return some clothes we left behind and throughout our entire stay were exceptional when it came to speedy communication (mostly only a 1-minute wait for responses!)

I loved it here. It was so clean and amazing. Definitely going back. Great location. Great hosts.

This one-bedroom & one-bath condo was perfect for our stay! The unit was bright, updated & very clean. The owners thought of everything a guest would need. We would definitely stay here again when traveling to the North Shore area.

Excellent place. Very comfortable bedroom, nice linens, very clean and easy to access amenities at Turtle Bay. Tons to see and do. We really loved our stay here and felt it reflected the photos and listing well. Great location and well maintained unit. Had everything we needed. We got some bikes and it’s a great way to see the expanse of the property. So much to check out! Really loved our stay and this unit! Just would be good to have more streamlined communication and keep it simple, not ask to login, not multiple contact people, messages on multiple platforms etc.

Nice location & within walking distance to Turtle Beach resort restaurants, beaches, walks etc. Communication from Gather Vacation was thorough to the point of too much information, they were very quick to respond to questions. We couldn’t find security to obtain parking permit so parked without problem. Condo was clean, nicely furnished, very comfortable. Our only problem was the noise coming from the tenants upstairs so if I were ever booking here again I would ensure an upstairs unit. We also thought the cleaning fee charged was ridiculously expensive for 2 people. Would be great to arrive & find a jug of water in the fridge. Also we are used to places having an information folder with tips of restaurants, best coffee shops, places to visit etc. local tips. I think your prompt contact was great when I had a question & I felt confident knowing you would respond if we had any issues. The high cleaning fee I don’t understand! We were 2 people staying four nights, out all day & I could have cleaned & reset up that Condo in less than an hour. Plus I read when we left you asked for the bed to be stripped of sheets!

Nice quiet place. Great Place

Had a hiccup when getting into the unit but the host answered immediately and helped us out. Place was clean and just as pictured. The bed pillows were super flat but that’s not a huge deal breaker and I’m sure if we would have said anything to the hosts they would have sent over new ones. The AC units in the living room and bedroom worked great and cooled the rooms down fast. They even had beach stuff (cooler,chairs,snorkel). It was like a 5 minute walk to the resort. It’s the lower unit so we could hear the kids in the upper unit playing around. The pool is right in front of the unit so that was nice. My only “complaint” is that you get charged a cleaning fee but when you leave they have you take your trash out and clean your dishes. But otherwise great stay and would recommend and would stay again

You can walk to dinner or lunch at the resort, and you can use the public lagoon in front of Roy's restaurant. There are pools (non-hotel) at the condo, and one is right in front of this unit. There was a night cross-breeze with the front screen door and back screen door, but there are 2 a/c units if you need them. The kitchen has what you need and they even had tea and coffee products available. You are about 20 minutes drive from Haleiwa, and 10 minutes in the other direction to a large/fun food truck area.

Everything about our stay was easy, clean, and lovely. Would highly recommend this place to a couple but no more than two people.

We have used many vacation rentals over the years and this one did not disappoint. It was clean, easy to find and located on the side of Oahu we love to visit. The accommodations were everything we could have asked for. It was a really enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay here. There was exact communication from the hosts. This spot is in a great location on the north shore. It was so nice to have the hotel right there in walking distance for the restaurants and beautiful sunsets. The home had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved this condo. It has been recently remodeled and it was very comfortable and stylish! I loved the modern and fun island decor. The furniture was comfortable. We got some of our best sleep of our vacation here. Our 5 year old used the roll away cot and that was perfect. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook / eat, which we did most of the time. Also a nice coffee machine, but we didn't actually use it. Instead, we walked to the coffee shop in nearby Turtle Bay in the morning and enjoyed lattes while overlooking the beach. We have been to the condos in Turtle Bay before, and love this location. It's so relaxing to be on the golf course grass, within walking distance of the beach, and have a pool and tennis court right outside the front door. Highly recommend this condo in particular!

The area offers excellent amenities-pool, trails, beaches, Turtle Bay access, but the unit itself was just adequate for the price. Furniture could use an upgrade, although bed was comfortable.

 Great place, tidy and had all the essentials. Easy walk to the beach and great location for being on the North Shore. Would recommend.

Our rental unit in Turtle Bay was clean, lovely, and comfortable. The managers were communicative and helpful. A great place to stay while visiting the north shore of Hawaii!

Great place to go after spending time in Waikiki and relax rest of trip. Property is quite, however, just know that are in a downstair property with other owners or guests upstairs. AC worked great, nice area to cook, and the pool had a charcoal grill you use. You also had access to a couple of boogieboards, (Hidden by Airbnb) s/snorkel, beach towels, and beach chairs to use when you go up to Turtle Bay Beach.

This place is very conveniently located for all things North Shore. Check in was very easy. It is clean, with all needed amenities. Quiet and comfy.

Great support/communication from the management company. A bit pricey but overall good spot with the proximity of the hotel. A bit isolated so bring supplies like coffee, food, etc. If you don't have a vehicle.
