Nice place and very clean.

This was the perfect place to relax, yet close to restaurants and various beaches. Beautiful view from lanai!

This charming one-bedroom is paradise. While the bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom look just as beautiful as the photos, the photos don't do the ocean view from the lanai doesn't justice. I had breakfast every morning relaxing and soaking in the expansive view of multi-blue waters and swaying palm trees. This is by far the nicest one-bedroom condo I've stayed at in Maui. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking, the shower is modern and roomy. The place has two large TVs and the bedroom not only had a beautiful view as well, but the bed and linens are as comfortable as home. It's walking distance to a a General Whaler Store to pick up groceries and a family owned gift shop for souvenirs and t-shirts. I enjoyed daily walks to the Hawaiian Village Coffee shop, and picking up pizza from Dollies Pub & Cafe and if you like fast food there's even a McDonalds. This is the perfect place if your idea of a vacation is a peaceful Maui experience rather than a big resort overrun by people. Management was responsive and provided all the information I needed to make the most of my stay. This is my new Maui home away from home. I give it 5 plumeria! ? ? ???

The Stice Team, managers of this property, had a high level of communication, quickly addressed a small wifi correction, and had all of the things needed to cook meals "at home." This property is walking distance of several beach fronts, but note that the beach front at Royal Kahana does not exist... but I saw sea turtles there almost every day. 🙂 NOTE: there is some infrastructural remodal/construction happening in early 2024, so daytime was a bit noisy and midday naps were a bit difficult. Overall, we would return to this property, easily, it's safe and has everything you need. Come on now... just book the vacation already!

Condo was very clean and organized, newly renovated and the host did a great job of providing us lot of starter supply including laundry detergent and dryer sheets which made us really enjoyed our time here without worrying about all the household errands to get the supply. I would highly recommend this place with a very good views of the ocean from the balcony and bed room! I would stay at this rental and with this host again!!The only 1 issue I mentioned above was with AC. The AC was not working since we checked-in and I was told that it's the issue with the Resort AC system, but I don't think that was the case because the AC didn't work until I checked out after 7 days of rental and if it's an issue with the resort AC - I would think it would have been an issue for other condos too and in that case, it would have been fixed sooner because more than 1 condo is impacted. However, the host did a good job of providing us 2 portable ACs so it was not too bad, only thing with portal AC is it needs the exhaust so we need to leave a portion of windows open so portable AC is constantly running and still it doesn't cool enough because some portion of windows is open. Other than that, we did fully enjoy our stay here!

Plenty of carts upon arrival for easy load/unload. The grounds were perfectly manicured. Filtered water bottle fill in lobby, no need to buy water! There is plenty of space to layout on the lawn overlooking the ocean. Beach access is RIGHT THERE. The pool was taken care of really well! The unit itself was BREATHTAKING. You walk in to the most incredible ocean view. The unit is modern with a really high end beach vibe. The unit is VERY clean. You will want for nothing. They thought of it all in the unit. Beach supplies, kitchen supplies, laundry. JUST PERFECT all around. Communication was quick and prior to arrival we received a link to an entire homepage full of island and rental unit info. There is no better place and the price is an absolute steal! THANK YOU.

Choosing to vacation in Maui is expensive, and choosing the right property to stay at often decides the quality of your vacation. Well, in all honesty, the cost and value of this property is excellent! It was the little things like the owners providing beach chairs and a cooler so you don't have rent them. The view from the balcony is spectacular. As a frequent traveller, I can say the bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, and I am not exaggerating. A full kitchen with dishes/pots/pans make eating at home convenient and economical. The location is fantastic, with short (15 min drive) to the wharf, and within a 3 min walk to coffee, snorkel rental, and a local food mart. The property is well maintained, safe, and friendly. The pool is heated and I watched the grounds crew every morning scrub down the chairs, grills, and clean the pool. We were exceptionally happy with our stay here!

Everything you could possibly need was supplied! Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of grills available for use. The Keurig was not working but the complex provides free coffee daily from 6-9am. Exceptionally clean and great view of pool and ocean. Easy access to elevator and parking also convenient. Could not have been more pleased!

This place was great. The description and pictures shown on the web site are accurate - which is not always the case. This property is very clean and well appointed. There is everything there you could need. It is close to shopping, good food and all the Maui attractions. One of the things that is very important to me is the communication with the owner/representative. They were great and very responsive in our communications. Last but not least - the view from the balcony - it is spectacular! I never once got tired of sitting there watching the ocean and beach. This place is a very good value and the next time I visit Maui I will stay here again. You will not be disappointed.

This was my first time using VRBO and I must say the hosts made the entire process easy with their communication. Such a great experience for a first timer. The condo was lovely with it's decor and very comfortable. Definitely looked as advertised. On top of that it was very clean and had ample amount of towels for our four day stay. I would definitely consider staying here again when I come back to Maui. Thank you so much for hosting us.

We really enjoyed this spot. It was exactly as described and seen in the pictures. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a brewery! The hosts were great with the communication. Anything you could possibly need for a beach day was made available to you. We would spend the day at a nearby beach then come home for Happy Hour and people watching on the Lanai. After going out for dinner we would again sit outside, watch the sunset and watch people grilling(some people need some lessons ?). Free coffee available in the lobby every morning and the bonus was we didn’t have to pay the $10/day parking.

Very nice place in a great location. Everything was accurate in the listing, only downside are the sandbags out front by the beach, but it is a 30 second walk to a very nice beach. Overall great place!

The view out of the room that is in the listing is exactly what you see. The place was clean and well decorated. We did not do much cooking, but the kitchen has many utensils. The place is not the Ritz with luggage and butler service, but it met all our needs. I have to say the resort itself is very clean. I watched a crew early every morning clean the pool area and scrub all the gas grills. Yes, there are grills near to pool area if you want to grill your own meal. A nice week with a great view! Just a note: We did walk to the resort next door and had breakfast twice at the Beach House Bar and Grill. A good breakfast and no waiting for a table. Also, if you want dinner reservations at some of the popular restaurants make your reservations as soon as you know your are going.

The condo was perfect for our trip to Maui! The unit is beautifully remodeled and looked just as pictured. The ocean views are gorgeous and my husband and I really enjoyed drinking our coffee and whale watching from the lanai each morning. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, shower was great, space was comfortable, etc. One very minor suggestion (and this is honestly all I can think of!) would be to have a “normal” coffee maker in the cabinet for those of us whole like to brew a whole pot rather than one cup at a time. We made it work, but it was a bit tedious to continually refill the tiny pod holder with our Maui-grown coffee everyone we wanted another cup. The property overall was great, too. Staff was friendly, facilities were clean, pool area was enjoyable, grills were immaculate. Communication with the host was easy via text with very quick responses. It was very hard to leave at the end of our trip! Mahalo for an amazing home base for our vacation! We will not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

Loved that the condo had everything we could possibly need! From dishes and food storage, to beach chairs and beach bags. It truly made our experience so convenient. It was our first time staying on this part of the island and we did enjoy it. It was somewhat centrally located to the things we planned to do during our stay. Overall we enjoyed staying at this condo.

The property was just as advertised. All the amenities in a great location in West Maui. Would definitely recommend it. The only disappointment was the seasonal changes in the tides and water meant there was no beach access at the property for that time of year. But a short drive north or south made up for it.
