Best unit on the property!
Our family enjoyed a fantastic week in Kona and this beach side perch was a highlight.
This was our first time staying in this unit but have stayed at the Royal Kahili several times. We love it. The location is incredible, with easy access to all the good spots around Kona. We love the pool area and the opportunity to grill out and hang for the evening. The place itself was beautiful. Being a corner/top unit, it allows you the best view of the ocean and no one above you making noise. I especially loved the big table for nightly card games and ample hang out space on the lanai. We will definitely be back.
Great location, clean and has all beach essentials. Sunset view is insane from the balcony. I would definitely rebook in the future
Don't let the outside fool you! This was a work trip, and we have stayed in many places over the years. The criteria when I am looking for a place to stay are the four C's. Communication, cleanliness, comfort, and commuting. This site met all of our expectations for a vacation rental. It was greatly appreciated to come back after a long day to a place that was so comfortable and welcoming. We fixed most of our meals and were grateful for the up-to-date kitchen. At one point, we needed a blender, and Gather had one delivered to us right away. The bedrooms/bathrooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. Gather was quick to respond to our emails and texts. Given the opportunity, we would certainly stay there again.

The suite itself was newly remodeled and very aesthetically pleasing. The view from the private balcony was absolutely stunning! The pool, hot tub, and koi ponds were an added bonus.

Really nice place with a lovely view of the beach right from the balcony! Everything was very clean. There are a few walkable places, but if you don’t feel like walking 20-30min I would recommend having a car. The host was very responsive to anything that we needed

by Aaron TIt was clean and had an amazing ocean view. We enjoyed watching the surfers every morning and eating dinner on the pool patio watching the sunset in the evening. Gather was very responsive to issues. The fridge wasn’t working properly when we got there and within 4 hours of contacting them they had brought us a new fridge to use. One thing to note is that there is no basic kitchen items such as salt, pepper, or condiments.
