Perfect family vacation condo - the full kitchen well stocked with utensils and cookware allowed us to eat in and enjoy leftovers after long days of fun where kids were too tired to sit for dinner. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The master shower is incredible!!! Note: if you have small children, they won't be tall enough to reach the bathroom faucet knobs. Loved the treasure trove of boogie boards, sand toys, beach mat, and big beach towels!!! So so so perfect for our beach adventures. Being on the third floor was excellent -- the breeze kept the patio cool and it was lovely to sit and watch the palms blow in the breeze and listen to the birds any time of day. Also a great location - near the golf course, very short walk to the pool, close to A-Bay Beach, quiet, laid back, and close to the Hilton and resort area shopping/cinema/restaurants for activities and outings. And only 20-30 minutes to Kona airport. Overall a great find for us!!! Highly recommended.

This was an amazing find; we will definitely be back! Tropics Ale House is a 2 min walk away, and the Kings/Queens shops are a 15 min walk away that has everything you need. Very homey, renovated space. No issue with parking, which is what other guests had mentioned in their reviews. We had ample room for our rental. Pool and gym areas wonderful.

Location, location, location. Can’t beat this spot as a home base for your stay on the west side of the Big Island. Close to Waikaloa Beach shopping and restaurants, A Bay, Waikaloa Village and the Kohala Coast. Great amenities and a wonderful place to rest after a day of fun in the sun in Hawaii.

Overall beautiful place and location. AC was ice cold, kitchen was super clean and master bedroom and bathroom was very beautiful. No trouble with entering in and out of condo and gate. I would stay here again.

Great unit in a great location. One of the few units inside the Waikaloa loop that has a balcony view to the ocean. It's very quiet being on the top floor - big plus!

Yes...Just yes! Just can't say enough good things about the experience. The unit exceeded expectations. Super clean and very well appointed. Check-in and out were seamless! The layout and furnishings were a perfect fit for us. Excellent golf on the property and nearby. Surrounding resorts and grounds are stunning and well kept. Supplied Boogie boards, snorkel equip.,beach chairs and matts were put to good use. Great assortment of appliances (coffee grinder, wine cooler etc..) The large Lanai was a great place to relax / catch the sunset. We could not think of anything the unit lacked. Great location on the island. Shops and market nearby. Slept great, We would ABSOLUTELY stay again.

This condo is perfect! Big enough for a family of four. Or a couple and 2 friends… everything is so clean, well appointed and equipped! The kitchen had some of the best cooking equipment I’ve ever seen in a rental! The location, views and outdoor space are to die for! And it’s close enough to some of the most fabulous beaches on the big island! I highly recommended it would come back in a heartbeat!

Book it now! -The single greatest shower I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy in my life. -Close to everything. -A fun closet absolutely packed with chairs and boogie boards and snorkel gear The place is super Lux, the property is beautiful. I really am not a very easy person to impress, but I can’t say enough about this place, I would for sure recommend it to a family member.

Everything you could want or need in a Big Island vacation! This property was not only immaculate but spacious and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the lanai and rarely needed the AC because there were many very comfortable breezy nights. Highly recommend this particular unit. The owners took care to provide very comfortable sleeping accommodations and even the living room area has a very comfortable sofa area - which can usually be overlooked by many rental properties Everything you need to fully enjoy the Big Island. We used the cooler and chairs for our beach trips and there was plenty of other beach accessories we didn’t even use. The lanai is even better than pictured Highly recommend and would love to stay again

A perfect place to unwind and relax! This condo has plenty of space and a massive balcony / patio. The location was wonderful - so close to the beach, delicious restaurants, GELATO, shopping, etc. Also, the workout facilities were very nice and had all of the equipment that I wanted.

Place was spacious and clean. The location was convient and at a walking distance to the shops and beach. We had such a great stay!

Awesome condo in a really nice gated community. For its size and location in the Waikoloa resort you’d be hard pressed to find a better place to stay, nor a better value. The condo offered amazing views from the balcony. It was well stocked with any amenity you could need, and beautifully furnished and decorated. The pools area is very nice and never busy (unlike the resort pools.). There is also a very well equipped gym as well that is rarely busy. We’ve stayed at several of the resorts in Waikoloa, but we will return here instead.

Beautiful condo, great location. Pretty grounds. Able to get to all attractions from Kona to Hilo. Management company very responsive. Loved the pool. Lanai was basically an extra room we used often. Needs dedicated parking space.

Beautiful condo! Very clean, comfy beds, and amazing shower! The location is great, too. It’s a short walk (about 15 min) to the shops and A-bay. While it’s not ocean view, we enjoyed the beautiful sunset colors from the lanai. I would definitely stay here again.

We were at this location for 3 weeks and we absolutely loved it. Beautifully decorated and our favorite part of the day was having dinner out on the lanai and watching the sunset. The view was amazing. We were hoping to rent it for next year, but I’m thinking next years price might be a little out of our range. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place.

This property exceeded my expectations. It was exactly as portrayed online. The condo is thoughtfully stocked for any needs on a Hawaiian vacation. The bed was extremely comfortable and the views were breathtaking. I would definitely stay at this unit again. It is beautifully managed too.

This condo was perfect! Quality appointments and furnishings and decor. The kitchen has everything needed-practically a chefs kitchen! Best of all is the view of the ocean and sunsets!

Great place for our family to stay on the Big Island!! Comfortable, clean, and a great location near our favorite beaches. Lanai is huge and the condo was well stocked with the essentials for our beach trips. Beds are comfortable and nearby grills and pool were also convenient. Thanks for making our trip perfect!

The unit had great views from the master bedroom and the lanai. Sunsets were spectacular. We enjoyed the proximity to everything in Waikaloa- easy walking distance to the coastal walking path to ABay and communication was great and management was very responsive.

Perfect location for staying in Waikoloa. This 2 bedroom unit was just what our family needed. The “Beach Closet” offered up all of our beach needs. We used the tennis courts and workout gym too! Elite Pacific staff were very accommodating and always communicated with us. Mahalo nui.

Loved the place! Very updated and comfortable—one of the best showers of my life. Excellent location. Would unquestionably stay in this unit again.

The condo was very nice and recently remodeled. We had a great time here and would come back. If the unit came with reserved parking it would be better as the visitor parking spots were limited and always full. Other than that our stay was great.

We loved our short, 3-night stay here, it was perfect for kicking off our Big Island adventures. The lanai was amazing. And we loved the shower. Had a few problems upon arrival as the email didn’t include all necessary information & I couldn’t reach the front office. However, the 24 hour emergency service guy was very nice, helpful & helped us figure everything out. He noted this is a newer property for them, so I imagine these details will be ironed out soon! Kitchen was stocked with great cookware, coffee, etc...just missing olive oil! I’d also give a heads up that the shampoo/conditioner is a single product combined...so ladies with long hair (like myself!) who look for conditioner to help with post-beach hair...heads up!! All in all, this is great. Would have loved to visit the pool, looked lovely, we just didn’t have time.

A great value for what is offered. I would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again. The shower is first class and the tub is Amazing. The full kitchen is nice too with the option to cook a meal yourself.

Gorgeous property - our stay here was a total pleasure. Loved the decor, the views, the lanai, the amenities. This property was all comfort and luxury with lots of attention to the thoughtful details.
