This beautiful, ground level, two-story townhome feels like a private home as you enter the gated courtyard and approach the elegant etched glass double doors. Peace and tranquility envelope you as there are many spaces to relax or socialize with your loved ones. The spacious living room opens onto a tiled terrace (lanai) where you can lounge and soak up the lush greenery of the beautiful tropical gardens. An open floor plan incorporates living, dining and cooking areas. Sliding glass doors open from the living and dining areas bringing the outdoors in. You can choose to dine indoors or al fresco in the fresh, fragrant air. The well-appointed and spacious kitchen is furnished with all your cooking needs, and easily serves the breakfast bar. A well-planned powder room and laundry room is situated on the ground floor near the base of the staircase leading up to the bedrooms. A bunk bed nook on the second floor landing, makes this a fun place for kids too!
The two upstairs bedrooms feel like two primary with their own private balconies, spacious ensuite bathrooms with soaking tubs, enclosed glass and tiled showers, dual vanities and separate water closet. Plenty of space here to primp and pamper. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors opening onto their own lanais where you can relax and listen to the palm trees sway and birds sing in the warm tropical air. Sliding wooden shutter doors darken the bedrooms, allowing you to indulge in luxury. lazy mornings. After all, what are vacations for! There is ample parking inside the garage and out in front in the driveway. Additional covered parking is by the pool entrance.
Just steps away is the stunning free-form swimming pool with waterfall, jacuzzi, and dining area, along with plenty of space to lounge in the shade or soak up the sun.
This rental comes with complimentary parking access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club where you can swim, snorkel, relax and dine at the open-air Napua restaurant. by JodiThis place was fantastic. First time on the big island and we would stay here again. For our trip, there were two couples and having two primary suites with king beds and en-suite bathrooms was excellent. So much more though. It had a well-stocked home! The kitchen had all the things. They had boogie boards. Snorkeling equipment. Sunscreen. Pool noodles. Beach chairs. Same toys for kids. Yoga mat and beach towels. Beach bags to use. It was perfection. So quiet yet close in to so much!! Would highly recommend.

Everything was solid about our stay - relaxing on the lanai, early morning walks for coffee, beach club access, and even cooking a few meals for ourselves in the kitchen. For a first trip to the big island, this was the perfect spot. Proximity to Waikoloa and Kona made it easy to get out and explore!

This is a great spot! The big lawn out back was great for our kids to run around. All the rooms were large and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great place
by Katie SMy family of 5 stayed here for a week. It is clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Nice garden views and it feels very private. The pool for the community is nearby and lovely. The condo is not very close to the beach (too far for us to walk in the heat of the day), although there is a gate card that allows you to drive and park in the beach club parking lot. Highly recommend.
Will definitely book through Elite Pacific again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Islands D3 - it had everything we needed and was perfect size for 3 kids and 3 adults. Beautiful lanai view and awesome pool just steps away. The garage had everything we needed for the perfect beach day, we didn't have to rent or buy a thing. Would stay again for sure!
