Outstanding location. Perfect easy beach access. Clean well-stocked condo. Great balcony with awesome screen with pool and ocean view. Internet worked well. We will stay here again and recommend to friends.

Fabulous accommodation with breathtaking views on the North Shore of Oahu. We loved villa 307! It was a spacious 3 bedroom apartment so that parents had their own wing, teenagers had their own bedrooms and bathroom and we all shared a large kitchen, lounge and dining room. Beautiful views from the balcony. We loved walking the beach every morning for coffee at the Ritz Carlton and then back to the Ritz for sunset cocktails 🙂 We played golf, tennis, pickleball, took surfing lessons and rode horses along the beach. But mostly we loved just lying by the pool at the villas or on the beach in front of our apartment. The gardens and grounds are beautifully maintained and the apartments, although dated, are spacious and well stocked. There are plenty of food options nearby and a grocery store if you prefer to cook in the aparment or on the outdoor BBQ. We would definitely recommend and hope to return here one day.

We loved our stay at Turtle Bay! The beach is a few minute walk and the pool is right next to the beach. Everything we needed was provided. Beach chairs and toys are located in the bedroom closet. We loved being able to go out on the balcony and see the ocean. Beautiful views. Very quiet and peaceful.

The view from the lanai overlooking the ocean, garden, and pool was absolutely stunning, and it gave our family a wonderful time to relax. We also enjoyed the beach with the beach chairs and boogie boards provided. Although I felt it was a little pricey, everything was nearly perfect.

We would definitely love to come back again.

Our stay at Kawela Bay was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The large windows and doors let in so much natural light and gave us gorgeous views of the palm trees and ocean. It felt like our own private paradise. Getting into the property was a breeze, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. We loved relaxing in the cozy living room, enjoying the ocean breeze from the deck, and having easy access to the beach. This place truly made our trip unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved the villa and all the beauty that surrounded it. The condo was spacious and comfortably accommodated 5 adults and a 5-year-old. The villa had all the necessary amenities that made us feel at home. The beds were super comfy!

Loved the availability of beach toys, beach chairs and umbrella, as well as large beach towels. The location is not far from food trucks, and local restaurants.

Our family enjoyed our stay in villa 307. It was even better than the photos. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. Lanai felt very private. I loved the decor. Beds were comfy. Check in was super easy and the local property managers (Elite) were easy to work with. They even texted a news story to warn us to prepare for an approaching tropical storm (which fortunately fizzled and didn’t affect our stay). Location was great. We enjoyed on-site beach and pool and frequently visited nearby food trucks in Kahuku. Waimea and Haleiwa were easy to visit as well. Even an afternoon in Honolulu was a short drive. All week we were wishing for beach chairs and an umbrella. Then we discovered the piles of beach chairs, snorkel gear, umbrellas, etc. in one of the bedroom closets on our last night as we packed up. Oh well! We should have searched more but a note about the gear location in the binder or by beach towels would be helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a perfect location and property for a much-needed vacation. We loved the outdoor setting (ocean view, pool, sunrises and sunsets) and the perfectly appointed condo had everything we needed to make for an enjoyable, stress-free vacation. We hope to visit again someday!

This is a great place with a wonderful view. They provided so many extra things which was wonderful, like coffee, beach chairs and towels, floats, ect. We were a group of 7 and fit very comfortably! It was easy to get around and felt like we never had to leave!

Turtle Bay Villas is the perfect place for a family or large group. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and ample-sized, and the kitchen and living areas are well-appointed for cooking and lounging. The location is ideal: right on the beach, beautiful views, remote enough to feel like you've escaped, but with restaurant options close by. Grocery stores and amazing shrimp trucks about 10 minutes away. The beaches are secluded, clean and not crowded, and the pool area is spacious. The local trade winds keep the weather comfortable, even in the middle of summer. The villas are right next to the large Turtle Bay Resort, but you don't feel like you are in a "big resort". Highly recommend Turtle Bay Villas for a delightful vacation in paradise!

Spacious and located perfectly in the center of the third floor allowing an amazing view of the pool and ocean!

We have stayed many times in these villas prior to release of ownership of them from turtle Bay. The villas are still very nice and comfortable we have noticed a decline however in their upkeep and noticing that the fixtures and furniture are needing some maintenance or replacements overall it was a wonderful stay great communication and quick response time. Would definitely stay there again as we feel it is the best price for the experience we want on the North Shore at turtle Bay area. Mahalo

The villa was perfect, we loved our stay. Great location, beds are comfy, check in and communication was easy. Nice access to the hotel restaurants too. Pool and hot tub were nice, friendly guests not crowded. Would definitely return, thank you!

Our family staycation at the Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay (Unit 307) was one that we shall cherish. From the beginning of the reservation process to checking out, the experience was positive and seamless. Jennifer Williams from the Elite Pacific Vacations team was friendly, welcoming and always answered all of my questions promptly. Elite Pacific's multiple communication messages were clear and timely, and provided all the information required to ensure our stay went smoothly. We enjoyed staying on the third floor for more privacy and an impeccable view from the spacious lanai. My family and I hope to make this an annual tradition where we can continue to make more memories as a family. During this time of reflection and gratitude, our stay at the Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay will definitely be one of the highlights of 2021!

Impeccably clean. Outrageous luxury. Best place on the north shore to stay hands down. Jennifer the property manager was extremely helpful and made checking in and out a breeze. My father lost his hearing aids and she was able to find them after we checked out and mailed them to the mainland. Could not of been more satisfied. I will be back.

These villas were perfect for our family vacation! A lot of space for our night hangouts and quick/easy access to both a beach and pool. Our kids loved it and we can’t wait to come back again!
