Place was great, located above the pool with a tree’d ocean bay view framed by the hotel to the south and the edge of the development to the north. Everything we needed was here. Instructions to access and use the unit were very clear. The unit was very clean. The master bed, bed pillows could probably stand to be replaced.

The location is fantastic. Whether you want a relaxing day staying on the property, walking beautiful beachfront trails and going to the amazing beach right out front; or cruise a short drive down to the surfers paradise of Pipeline and Waimea, everyday is fun. The restaurants at Turtle Bay are all excellent. The management team for the property was great; the unit itself was very nice and had everything we needed for a great stay. We stayed at villa 311 in mid October 2025. Villa was exactly as advertised. Well kept up. There were several beach chairs, and boogie boards in the closet which was really nice. We had 7 people and had plenty of room. We had one of the best views of the pool/ocean being right across from it. So nice to be able to walk down to the pool or beach and come back up as needed. Much prefer the quieter slow pace of the north side of the island. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This was a true 5 star stay! Thank you to our hosts who provided the absolute best accommodation in Turtle Bay! This was our 5th visit and our first to Villa 311 and we’ll be back! Everything was modern and clean and everything was provided to feel at home. We have two teenagers and they had the absolute best time, their own bedrooms with comfy beds, WIFI, TVs and we had a fabulous and private parents area. We had wonderful home cooked dinners in the well appointed kitchen. Washer and dryer were so helpful during our stay. Breakfast on the balcony with beautiful views. Plenty of towels and supplies, more than any 5 star hotel. This was complete luxury and we loved it! 5 STAR!!!!

We loved our stay! The place was furnished nicely and the balcony view was amazing! (It was my favorite place to be) The beach was a five minute walk. The current and waves are a little stronger (it’s not a lagoon). Lots of people were swimming, it’s just better for someone who knows how to swim rather than little kids with floaties (like ours). The landscape around the property was beautiful and the pool was wonderful. Parking was easy even for a second car. As far as location it’s a quieter part of the island. Food trucks are about a 15 min drive (and are really good!). Most close by 7p (we went in April so maybe it’s different at busier times of the year). Everything else on the island is 1 hr to 1.5 hrs away, so keep that in mind. Check in and check out were super easy. We had a wonderful time!

Family holiday

We were comfortable and impressed with the property, the long and varied coastline, the many trails for walking, biking, horseback riding. The pool gets noisy with children, but is quiet early or late. A short walk on the trails takes you to adjacent beaches, all quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The space had a beautiful Ocean View. Plenty of space for 6 people. We made dinner almost every night and the unit was packed with cookware, dishes and utensils. Everything about this condo was wonderful and we recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay in the North Shores of Oahu. The resort is accessible as well, we went to the restaurants and bars at the Turtle Bay resort and my daughters rented surf boards and surfed a few days. This area is by far the most beautiful part of the island in my humble opinion. There are city buses that pick up from the resort parking lot that can take you to all the local beaches and towns for $2.75 per person. Parking for some of the famous beaches are difficult, so taking the bus to Sunset beach and Turtle Beach made more sense. We are definitely going back and staying in this condo.
