Located at the entrance of the magnificent Turtle Bay, this property is just steps away from the spectacular coastline of Oahu’s tranquil North Shore. About an hour from downtown Honolulu, enjoy the peace and quiet of this unit on your next dream Hawaiian getaway.
The elegantly remodeled unit at Kuilima Estates West has all the amenities to make your Hawaiian vacation feel like home, complete with new modern furnishings, gorgeous cabinetry, and split AC units in the living areas as well as window AC in the bedroom. The large Primary suite includes a plush king-sized bed, ceiling fan, and garden views. The unit also has the potential to accommodate two additional guests in a comfortable pull-out queen-sized sofa bed. There is also an pull-out twin-sized ottoman that can be made available for use; (Please note that use of the ottoman bed will need to be prearranged at the time of booking and will incur an extra $25.00 per night fee.)
The shared bathroom comes with a single vanity and shower/tub combo, along with complimentary shampoo, hair conditioner, and body wash.
The open concept for Unit #104 is perfect for entertaining with the bright and spacious kitchen and living area ready for your use. Equipped with a full array of new stainless-steel appliances and an island countertop with three bar stools, the contemporary kitchen is the ideal locale to host all your island meals. The living area includes a smart flatscreen television equipped with cable TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker, and several seating options for a cozy night of entertainment, as well as a table fit for 2-4 people to enjoy a cocktail or a tasty meal. Enjoy the view of the immaculate Turtle Bay golf course (designed by Arnold Palmer) from the comfort of your personal covered lanai outfitted with chairs and a table to further relax in front of the serene vista.
The surrounding area of Kuilima Estates West welcomes a large variety of activities such as walking distance to Turtle Bay Luau, horseback riding, surfing, nearby walking/running trails, tennis courts, basketball hoop and pickleball courts. 24-hour on-site security and a gated entrance ensure the utmost safety for guests of the Estates. There are also a number of dining options within walking distance from the unit, including the on-property restaurants such as Lei Lei’s Bar and Grill and Roy’s Beach House.
Whether you spend your days tanning at the beach, practicing your swing at the golf course, shopping downtown, or just relaxing at home, escape to Kuilima Estates Condo #104 for a peaceful and playful Hawaiian vacation.
Helpful notes:
-Guests will be assigned 1 parking stall during their stay.
-Kuilima Estates West Condo Complex offers their own pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, and shared BBQ grills.
-The sandy beach lagoon just in front of the Villas and Roy’s Beach House is open to everyone.
-Hotel tennis and pickle ball courts, access to the hotel pool, and passes for the hotel gym can be inquired about through the hotel. Please call the activity desk or Nalu gym for up to date information prior to your stay.
-Exercise classes or private massages can be booked at the Nalu spa just inside the hotel.
-Horseback lessons, surf lessons, and helicopter rides can be booked at the activities desk in the hotel lobby.
-The Fazio and Arnold Palmer Golf Courses located in the resort were named one of the top 100 courses in the country by Golf Digest.
-Waimea Bay, The famous Banzai Pipeline, and Polynesian Cultural Center are all just a short drive away.
-Please note there is a $25 nightly fee for the optional ottoman twin bed. Please contact guest support to arrange access BEFORE arrival.
-5th guest will incur a one time fee of $35
-Please also be advised that you are staying in the country, in a tropical environment, close to the ocean. Ants, chickens, peacocks, geckos, termites, cockroaches, and other animals live here and are a regular part of everyday life. We do treat pests professionally and will always provide you with a clean well-kept home, but note that these types of visitors are not uncommon.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in the perfect location for our relaxing spring break.
The place is incredible, just like the photos! Excellent neighborhood close to the main spots of North Shore and the Turtle Bay Resort.
The communication was perfect. I do recommend to everyone.
We had a great time with our family here. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook and entertain. It’s a very comfortable space. With the Turtle Bay resort just steps away and all the north shore beaches so close it’s an incredible location. Highly recommended!

This was a beautiful place to stay on the north shore. This home had everything we needed and the washer and dryer were a huge convenience. The pool is nearby and clean. We enjoyed our mornings out on the lanai, watching the sunrise and drinking our coffee. The neighborhood is well-kept and feels safe. The bed is a little bit on the softer side, but still very comfortable. Overall, we had great communication from our host and we really enjoyed our time there!
We’ve stayed at a lot of AirBnb’s and this is one is at the top of the list. Exactly as pictured and spotless. We enjoyed access to the Turtle Bay Resort including the Sunset Grille, coffee shop, snorkeling, pickleball, and the endless beach.
At Home in Paradise!
by Heidi HainesOur North Shore home away from home! We felt so at home here! Comfortable, great beach vibe, a clean and beautiful place for our home base. Everywhere we looked, there was beautiful artwork and cute decor, each item was clearly chosen with intention - we were surrounded by thoughtful design that brought in the Aloha spirit. Perfect location, walking distance from delicious local food, very secluded beaches that felt private - use of resort\'s amenities a big plus! The place was equipped with a bluetooth speaker for our vacation playlist and plenty to do while we rested and recharged. We relaxed and enjoyed the gentle trade winds on the lanai each morning with our coffee and swam in the pools each night - heavenly! The bed was really comfy, being able to do laundry was so helpful, and there were plenty of places to relax and rest throughout. The kitchen is well-equipped, all we needed and more. The owners made this space the perfect relaxing Oahu retreat - even the shampoo and conditioners had such a wonderful tropical scent! We left refreshed and planning our next return to our new fave North Shore getaway! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

This VRBO was super clean, easy to find stuff, and a great location. Only took us 10 minutes to walk to the beach and restaurants at Turtle Bay. We even extended our stay because we loved this location and condo so much. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay on the North Shore of Oahu. Limited food options and grocers compared to Honolulu. Nice golf grounds and views of sunrise and sunset. Enjoyed our stay, had a great time. Just remember to grab groceries and drinks prior to heading to the area as here is limited options.
