This condo was very nice. Very clean and beautiful. No swimming beaches nearby would be my only complaint.

We had to contact the property manager once when we were here and they were so responsive and helpful. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear in the garage. We will definitely be back to this property!
Best Airbnb ever for our family!
by Connie ABest Airbnb ever for our family! Not inexpensive but worth it. Plenty of sleeping space for eight adults (one would sleep in master with another couple). Kitchen was superb - two coffee makers, Instant Pot, Breville toaster oven (love them), blender, toaster, juicer, iced tea maker, great leftover containers. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, mats, ice chest (with plenty of reusable ice blocks at the ready). Even regular umbrellas (we did need them one day, but forgot to take them). Terrific Hawaii guidebooks, pens/games/puzzles/books, nice pool and hot tub (and BBQs) in common area. Nicely welcomed with a bottle of Mai Tais, local granola and macadamia nut chocolates, and six Keurig pods for the first morning! Quiet area, nice for walking and seeing local Hawaiian birds!
Would definitely stay here again!

This unit could sleep 6 adults and 2 children with lots of space. Easy 2 minute walk to a beautiful pool, jacuzzi and BBQ grills. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding Townhome

Excellent home- it feels much more spacious in real life, compared to the listing. We had 4 adults in our party and there was more than enough space for everyone. The kitchen was great for preparing group dinners. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family home base
by Scott BOur family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed this home for our week-long visit to Kauai. We cooked several delicious dinners in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed afternoons at the beautiful pool and evening walks to watch the sunset over the nearby ocean cliffs. The home has plenty of room to spread out and relax and has everything you need for a long vacation.
This house blew away all our expectations! My friends and I stayed in the same loop 2 years ago, but this house is much nicer than our previous home. Some highlights: The office was a great place for those of us that needed to take work related calls. The lounge chairs on our balcony and perimeter were amazing places for naps. The kitchen island!!!!! The living space was big and sofa so comfortable. Host was readily available and responses were quick. Would definitely stay here again! Have been to Kauai 4 times and this is definitely the nicest place I’ve stayed in!
We had a great time at this well-furnished townhome. Great location, we slept with the doors open to enjoy the fresh air and hear the rain. Well stocked with everything you might need too. We liked having beach chairs and even snorkel masks to take to the beach with us. Recommended.
Wonderful clean and spacious home in the heart of Princeville. Easy drive to all areas of north shore. the pool and the grounds were nice to walk around. Elite Pacific was very responsive to questions and needs!

by Liz AThis property was fabulous! Plenty of space for my family. They had everything we needed and more. I loved that it was so quiet and peaceful at night too. I’m a light sleeper and I always have trouble sleeping in hotels so this was perfect! It’s a short walk to the golf course and down to the cliff to watch the sunset. The only slight issue is that there is a road closure to Hanalei right now where many of the restaurants are so you have to plan carefully getting in and out of town. The Princeville area is really lacking restaurants so I ended up cooking a lot more than I was planning on. That would be the only downfall. Overall, the place is beautiful & well stocked with beach supplies and all of the things you will need. Highly recommend!
The perfect place to stay on Kaua’i!
by Jonathan PWe have stayed in a few houses on Kaua’i over the years, but this is by far the best experience we’ve had. The house is beautiful, very practical and spacious for a family of 5, on a gorgeous estate, and right in the heart of all things Princeville. A short walk to the shopping areas in one direction, and a short walk in the other to the cliffs overlooking the sea for that perfect sunset view. The house was very clean, with the best equipped kitchen and bathrooms we have seen, and full of all the extras you would want for a beach trip. Coolers, ice blocks, beach chairs, parasols, beach towels, sunscreen - it really had everything. Our property manager, Yen, was always on hand to answer any questions, or give advice, and she was so friendly. It really was a perfect vacation. Just be aware that the road down to Hanalei is only open a few times a day, probably until the end of August. Check online for opening times - you just have to be really organised if you want to spend time on the world famous beaches or trails of the North Shore.
