We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo is stunning and exactly as pictured—truly a beautiful space to relax in. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy and stress-free, which we really appreciated. We loved every minute of our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We were in Hawaii for 2 weeks and this was by far our favorite stay. The condo was well equipped, clean, conveniently located and within walking distance of some great beaches.

Airbnb was fully stocked and felt like home! Perfect location for an easy walk to the beach and gorgeous property to relax at. We want to come back! Thanks so much!

We were very happy with our stay, the villa had a well stocked kitchen, games and water toys for the kids and a great location with any easy walk to the beach.

Great place and location. Comfortable bedrooms each with excellent bathrooms. First floor close to parking lot and pool. We took walks each morning on the greenbelt walking trail that has an easy 7 minute walk to 2 different beaches. Perfect for our young family. We would definitely stay again.

Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and a quick drive to shopping and Old Koloa. This is a perfect location and the house is well equipped for cooking and relaxing.

The entire complex was beautiful, the accommodations inside. The condo were so comfortable and so accommodating. Great stocked kitchen, lots of beach supplies and even the bedding and towels were comforting. No doubt we will be looking to book again on our next trip to Poipu.

It had everything we needed and was so comfortable and spacious. Having the pool right outside was perfect for our kids and we appreciated the “rock” outside the lanai to give us a little privacy from the pool and anyone walking by. Thank you for renting this home with our family!

We had a wonderful time in Kauai and the Villa made it even better, with a fully loaded kitchen to come together and make meal at the end of each day. Everything was clean and organized.

Wonderful well-furnished condo. Ground floor location made for easy walk in access. Loved the patio doors that opened completely to bring the outdoors in. Very comfortable beds in all bedrooms, with lots of pillows! Kitchen well supplied with tools and appliances.

We had a great stay! We had 5 people and felt like there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had lots of appliances and condiments. Right next to the pool and just a quick walk to the beach. We had a relaxing stay!

We always stay in the Poipu area and prefer the south side. This property was large enough for our family and very comfortable. We loved the welcome basket of goodie’s and the other amenities. If there was one complaint, or suggestion I would recommend that the dryer be serviced as it takes an extra long time to dry if at all. The dry may have a clogged exhaust hose.

I loved this unit’s location within the complex. It is right beside the pool and parking which made carrying items like groceries to the condo very convenient. Also the easy pool access made it easy to take a child back and forth to use the washroom etc without having to pack everything up again. It was great! I would definitely stay again.

We loved this ground level Kauai condo. The entire home was clean and comfortable, the lanai was lovely and our kids would have stayed at the pool all day. We had everything we needed to spend 8 days in Kauai, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs and umbrellas, comfy furniture and beds and some welcome puzzles and books for the few rainy days. The walk to the beach was easy (and gorgeous). Close proximity to all Poipu has to offer. Would certainly stay again!

Our family (my husband and I, our two teenage daughters, and my parents) really enjoyed our recent six-night stay at Poipu Kai B-111. It was spacious, clean, and in a wonderful location. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals, and we appreciated the convenience of having some basics in the unit (trash bags, laundry pods, etc.). The pool and hot tub are right outside the unit, and there are two well-maintained gas grills in the area as well. We loved our time near Poipu Beach and will return!

The condo was just as described, but nicer. The pool, hot tub and grills were all well cared for each morning. The condo and lanai had plenty of space for our group of 6. All the beach gear was in wonderful condition. The location is right on the path for a quick walk to Po'ipu Beach. We didn't get check-in info until the last minute, but the property managers were extremely responsive. Our 3 generation family group would love to stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. This well appointed spacious condo easily accommodated our family. The location was perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Poolside and a quick walk through beautiful grounds to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Easy walk to Poipu Beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable unit with plenty of room for all the family members.

Our stay was great. The apartment was lovely - clean and everything in working order. Many of our group loved having the pool and hot tub available after a long day of excursions. The location was awesome - a 5-10 min walk to the beach. The only issue was we didn’t discover the spices in the cupboard over the stove until our week was almost over. The cupboard is high (all but one person wasn’t able to reach it) so we never looked in it. We had a good laugh! Good times.

This property was fantastic for our family of 5. It has two masters with en suites and another full bathroom off the 3rd bedroom. It was spacious and wonderful. The location can’t be beat! Walk out the lanai door to the pool, or take the sidewalk through the gorgeous property to the beach about 5-10 min walk away. You can also easily walk to the Hyatt for more gorgeous views. We loved our stay here on Kauai!

The Villas at Poipu Kai did not disappoint! We stayed with our two little kids (and rented baby gear from Kauai Baby Rentals which was genius) and a set of grandparents to have some extra hands! The suite itself is well laid out, very spacious rooms, awesome to have 2 king beds for the 2 adult couples! The pool is AMAZING with a shallower end for the littles and a great hot tub with waterfall. But best of all is the location! A short walk down the paved beach path (5-10mins) drops you straight at Poipu beach which I think is the best beach on the island for kids. Plus there were 10-20 turtles that beached every night to rest and tons of fish to see when snorkelling. Will definitely come back!

Would definitely stay again! Great for kids as it’s right next to the pool and fitness center. There is a large rock structure obscuring the view of the pool, but that makes it a bit more private. There’s the sound of water features is continual. There is a sidewalk that goes right next to the lanai so it is not all that private but we didn’t mind. The resort area is well maintained and an easy walk along a path to Poipu beach. Great location! The condo was clean and has a well appointed kitchen with everything you’d need. We grilled a lot in the pool area. The rooms are sizable and beds are pretty comfortable. We heard a few footsteps here and there from our upstairs neighbors which didn’t bother us. Thanks for a great stay!

Nicely appointed unit. Living area good for 4, 6 would be a little tight. Great patio behind rock wall from the pool. Short 5 min walk to Poipu Beach.

The place was great and a perfect location for our vacation with kids - right near the pool and an easy walk to Poipu beach. Condo was clean and lots of towels provided. Living room/dining room was a little tight but we didn’t spend too much time there.

One of the nicest places we've had the pleasure of staying. Would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a place in the southern end of the island. Owner was super helpful with our accommodations and quick to respond to any questions. Location was in walking distance to Poipu Beach for easy snorkeling. Also was given a nice list of recommendations for local places to check out.

Beautiful Property! This 3 BR/3bath unit is located up by the pool - close to parking. The five minute walk to the beach is down through a beautiful green-belt. The two beaches are split by a park (play structure) complete with showers and restrooms. Across the street from the park is a deli. This unit was very comfortable with everything we needed including a washer dryer. It comes with beach chairs, boogie board and a cart to hold it all. The beds are comfy. Bathrooms and spacious - luxurious showers! The floor plan for this unit was great for us. The main area is a great room made for cooking and hanging out together. The lanai is spacious access right out to the pool or an exit to head out for the day. The property manager got right back to us when we arrived. Texted our QR codes and by the time we got our car and had lunch the unit was available. Kenny (Property Manager) came right over to help us put the two twin beds together in the 3rd bedroom. He always got right back to us with questions we had. Can’t say enough good things. Mahalo

This is our new rental from now on. It was clean and had everything we needed. We used the grills outside and enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi when not at the beach. The property owners were great at communication. We loved everything about our visit

This was an amazing place to stay! Super clean and loved that there were three fulls bathrooms! Would 10/10 recommend it to anyone
