Parking Policy:
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, please adhere to the following parking guidelines:

- Assigned Parking: Each unit includes one garage space and one numbered outside parking space. The garage must be used for your primary vehicle, and the second vehicle (if applicable) must use the assigned outside space.

- Guest Parking: Overnight guest parking is allowed in designated guest stalls for up to 12 hours per day or 3 consecutive days. For longer stays, prior approval from the Site Manager is required.

- Vehicle Restrictions: Oversized vehicles, motorcycles, or motor scooters may not be accommodated. Vehicles must fit in the garage with the door closed.

- Driveway Use: Driveways may only be used for 30 minutes while loading/unloading or washing vehicles (detergent soap is prohibited).

- No Street Parking: Parking along main roadways or in undesignated areas is not permitted.

- Compliance: Violations may result in fines or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Princeville Villas of Kamalii

We enjoyed our rental. The property was clean, bright and spacious. Neighbors were friendly. Atmosphere was peaceful, tropical, and felt tucked away. The two large bedrooms were spacious with access to private balconies. The downstair master bedroom was equipped with separate AC, personal fridge, separate shower and tub so it feels like a separate unit within the house. Management was prompt to respond to a few questions I had during our stay. We had everything in the unit we needed to start our vacation right. Our property was also equipped with clean beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling equipments and an umbrella so we can hit the beach on our first day.

What a peaceful and spacious place to call our vacation home. We were so comfortable here from day 1. Our teenagers had an enough separation from our younger ones, and coffee on the balcony in the morning before everyone else woke up was tranquil and a rare treat due to the beautiful garden and sweet bird calls. Our baby (a toddler) had no trouble navigating the stairs as the steps were wide and tiled, so there was plenty of grip. We also had plenty of space to sort out laundry without having our main access way blocked. There was also plenty of space to store a stroller and emptied suitcases either downstairs or in the garage. We had no complaints and would absolutely recommend this place for a family!

Nice stay. Well located. Neighbors are nice. A couple of things to keep in mind: 1. Air conditioning - If you are an air conditioning person, keep in mind the the downstairs master bedroom has good air conditioning and the living room has good air conditioning. The two other bedrooms do not have air conditioning. 2. Garage is a little small for a full size minivan or SUV. That is no problem (at least to me) because there is a nice reserved parking spot outside for the unit. Other than that, have a great time!

This is a lovely, spacious condo in a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed having the hot tub in the evenings. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and snorkeling equipment and so it was great having that in the garage! The A/C works great in the downstairs master and also in the living area upstairs. We Wish there was a unit in the queen master. Loved the location on the North Shore. Would love to stay again!
