As you step into Wai Lani, the vast Pacific unfolds before you, immediately inviting you to embrace ‘island time.’ The upper floor is home to the spacious Great Room, where large windows frame majestic ocean views. Fleetwood sliding glass doors lead you to the ocean-view lanai, where the gentle island breezes offer a perfect setting for morning coffee, al fresco dining, or simply soaking in the serene ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, provides everything you need to prepare meals while enjoying the stunning backdrop of the ocean and sky.

Wai Lani’s design offers both comfort and privacy. Each of the bedrooms features split AC units, ensuring restful sleep year-round. The primary suite opens directly onto the lanai with a sliding glass door facing the ocean, complete with curtains for added privacy, providing a private retreat with incredible ocean views and an en-suite bathroom. On the lower level, two additional bedrooms offer the same luxurious experience, with split AC, private lanais, and full ocean views. The downstairs middle bedroom has sliding doors with curtains, while the downstairs “beach room” features curtains on all windows and sliders, except for the ocean-facing window, allowing for beautiful water views. A bonus room with twin beds serves as a flexible space, ideal for children or extra guests, and also enjoys access to its own lanai with ocean views.

Please note that the living and dining areas do not have window coverings, allowing for unobstructed ocean views and an open, airy atmosphere that invites natural light to fill the space.

Note About Seasonal Gnats

We want to ensure guests are aware that during the winter months in Hawaii, gnats are naturally more prevalent due to the tropical climate. These tiny insects are attracted to light and are especially common in lush, green areas like ours. While we take every measure to maintain the property, their presence is a natural part of the environment and beyond our control.

To minimize their impact during your stay:

Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.
Ensure screens are securely in place. Please note, however, that some gnats are so small they may get through even the finest mesh screens.
