Nice and quiet place to relax.

Easy. Super clean, plenty of space. Easy parking. Full beach gear. Nice pool. Everything you’d want from a townhouse in a gated community.

Had a great stay here recently! Place was just as described and like the photos. Development located near resorts with shops and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The place was well stocked with everything we could need including spices, foil, sandwich bags, shampoo/conditioner, body wash etc. Having the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cooler, floats, kids toys) was a huge plus for us! The team reached out beforehand to make sure we had instructions to check in and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

This townhouse in Waikoloa Colony Villas was fantastic. The place was very clean and had wonderful amenities. Everything we needed to enjoy our time, cook and feel comfortable for 10 days. The place was exactly as described and seen in the photos. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay. I would stay here again!

Beautiful home, great location for a quiet vacation. There’s plenty of great relaxing beaches within a 20 minute radius. The home is fully equipped for beach days, has a stocked kitchen with pots and pans, a great top-loading washer, front loading dryer and an awesome AC system that will keep you cool .There’s a few grocery stores around within 5-15 minutes, but if you’re looking to cook at home more there’s Safeway, Costco and Island Naturals about 40-45 minutes away that have more selection of foods. Planning ahead helps diminish the drives to the grocery store.

The condos are quiet, and beautiful. Close to everything you need. The place was well stocked with necessities and the communication with host was effortless and responsive. I felt supported when I did have to reach out, at one point I couldn't figure out the remote and the host came by right away to help. Would highly recommend!

Traveled with 2 young kids (2 & 5) and 2 adults. The location was fantastic & close to great beaches & a few shops for the kids. The king bed was very comfortable, the queen was more on the firm side. The place was described accurately in pictures, was pleasantly surprised by how well it was stocked. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with strainers, pyrex dishes, multiple nonstick pans and pots, a blender, cookie sheets, tea kettle, & 12 cup coffee pot. At the time of our stay, there were a decent supply of basic spices (salt/pepper, cinnamon, steak seasoning, garlic), cooking spray, & veg oil. The place was also well stocked with garbage bags, TP, paper towels, dish/hand soap, dish sponges. The only extra thing we had to buy was tin foil & sandwich bags for day trips. The most helpful additions were the beach supplies including: adult/kid snorkel, boogie board, fins, beach chairs/umbrellas, soft sided cooler, first aid kit, float noodles, beach towels. Also had laundry pods/dryer sheets.

Beautiful location. Hosts had very clear communication. Very well stocked. Enjoyed our stay.

This property exceeded our expectations. Beautifully appointed and thoughtfully stocked. This unit is further away from the pool with the hot tub and fitness center, but it is just a short walk. The beach chairs and other beach supplies that came with the rental were great. The bonus was the rice cooker! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We hope to return one day.

This was our second visit to Waikaloa Colony Villas - and we've had great experiences both times! It is a wonderful place for a family vacation - great access to all the Kohala Coast beaches and activities, beautiful outdoor space to have coffee, let the kids run and enjoy the sunrise, easy to have family meals and go out, and access to the pools. The space is well stocked and we always appreciate the closet of beach supplies!

I absolutely loved our stay here. We had everything we needed, and the place was squeaky clean. It can be a challenge traveling with 2 infants, but this condo and location made it so easy. It was quiet and safe, and the complex was lovely. I hope we get to stay here again someday. We were two small families traveling with infants. One of the things we really appreciated about this place was the townhouse format and thick walls. I never felt stressed out about disturbing neighbors when one of the babies was crying. It was nice to only have neighbors on the sides and not above and below.

Great location and accommodations. We love Waikoloa and colony villas. Highly recommend this location and condo.

Great spot, would stay here again

We loved our stay at this townhouse! Located in Waikoloa Village, it’s perfectly located with shop/restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It’s also a half mile walk to the Hilton resort where you can buy a guest pass to access their pool. The townhouse was clean and had all the amenities we needed for us and our toddler. Kirsten, the property manager, was very responsive answering questions our first day there. We highly recommend staying at this property and would totally visit again. Mahalo!

Loved our stay! The location was perfect. We had a wedding at Hilton Waikoloa and it was super convenient where the place was. We had 2 cars so the two parking spots worked out well for us. The beds were super comfortable and the house was very spacious. We would definitely stay here again if we come back!

We had a great time here - enjoyed the pool and tennis facilities and perfect size for our family of four. Would love to stay again if we get to Big Island again!

Great stay! The location was perfect and overall a great bang for your buck! I would definitely recommend this condo. It had a well stocked kitchen and some pantry items. Having the beach gear was also a major plus! The condo was clean and spacious. We had a newborn, so it was nice to have the bedrooms upstairs to keep things quiet!

The unit is exactly as advertised and is wonderful. Didn't get much of a chance to enjoy the pool because we were on the go but other than that we loved it. The easy access to the Waikoloa Beach and Hapuna Beach was awesome. Only small gripe is that Waikoloa is a bit isolated so while there are plenty of dining options around, it was a bit difficult to track down some Hawaiian fare. Would definately stay here again.

Our family of 5 enjoyed 5 days in this villa and will definitely consider coming back! Mahalo for the memories!

I highly recommend staying here! The description is accurate but there are additional things to know. First off, our flight was delayed and the host knew we would arrive after dark so they turned on the lights so that we could find the property (it was helpful!). Secondly, there was a very informative binder within the property that ensured we enjoyed our stay (for example, a list of sunscreens that are not OK for the coral reef vs which ones are). This property is close to the beach, grocery store, shops, Starbucks, etc. yet is very private and quiet. I hope to come back as I really enjoyed the big island and so far is my favorite place in Hawaii!

Great place for a family vacation close to some of the nicest beaches of Big Island. The house was super clean and exactly as described in the posting. We can highly recommend it.

This is a great spot to stay in Waikoloa. It’s super close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. But it’s removed from all the resorts, so it’s quiet and relaxing. We explored the coast and went to a different beach everyday. We were a family of 3 and the house and area is very kid friendly. The kitchen and house was very well stocked, which I really appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great location, near to so many great beaches. The place was very clean, had everything we could have needed and was a comfortable home base for a few days. The management really went above and beyond to be helpful.

Excellent place for a Big Island vacation! My family and I were very pleased with everything from the communication with host, cleanliness, amenities, and location. I really can't say anything in regards to improvements. I highly recommend this place for your HI vacation on the Big Island! Shawn

Beautiful condo with lots of outdoor space for kids to run and play. Quick drive to the King and Queens shops and beaches. Only about 30 minutes from Kona. We loved our stay!

Two couples stayed here. We loved the location, grills, pool, proximity to golf. Kitchen equipment was well stocked. Very fairly priced.

Centrally located to sights, grocery, great restaurants. The whole area is resort/gated golf communities with lots of other vacation rentals, so if you're looking for local vibes you'll need to do some driving south. Great parking situation and easy electronic key checkin/out. TV is not a smart TV - recommend you bring HDMI cables. Unfortunately the style is a bit dated and the beds are hard, but the home is very neat and as pictures advertised. Includes a great welcome book, some games, and Kirsten was an attentive and pleasant property manager! Worked great as a home base for exploring the island.

The place is nice and clean. You can find everything you need. Friendly reminder: Check what they’ve prepared first then go to the grocery store later. There’s even a cabinet of snorkeling equipments and things you need for relaxing at a beach. Me and my friend worked remotely there for two weeks, and it was pretty good. The space is big enough for us to not bother each other at all, even though we had plenty of meetings every day. The whole villa is beautiful, I enjoyed a few morning runs there as well. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

There's absolutely everything perfect about this charming villa. All the little amenities in the house are greatly appreciated. It has an amazing layout, great size rooms and bathrooms and lots of light. And did I mention the lovely views I was waking up every morning. The location of the house is just perfect, walking distance to the King's and Queen's shopping center, beach, right on the golf course. We absolutely loved it!! Thank you for hosting us! Would love to come back soon again.

A beautiful home with everything you could ever want on vacation! Kirsten Moe who manages the property was very communicative and kind. From the little things like Ziplocks and snorkels to the big ones like a parking spot and access to beautiful pools, it was a wonderful home base to experience the Big Island from.

Wonderful place and responsive hosts. Our coffee maker broke and we had a brand new one dropped off the next day. Close to lots of things to do.

We had such a great time at this vacation rental we actually started looking into owning at Waikoloa Village. The unit is fairly modern, 2 bedrooms + spacious living room, exactly as described. The master bedroom has a balcony over the walk-out patio, both protected from the wind and overlooking the golf-course behind. I'm a light sleeper and was very happy about how quiet the surroundings were at night. The kitchen was well equipped - a family of 6 can easily cook and dine in. Besides ample dishes and glassware, pots and pans, basic spices and cleaning supplies are also provided. The complex has two pools, roughly the same size. The unit is a minute away from the pool without a hot-tub, and about 5 min walk away from the pool with a hot tub. There are two gyms, adjacent to the pool with the hot-tub, one with cardio equipment and one for weight training. There are multiple beaches (Waikoloa the closest, Kukio the fanciest, Manini'owali, Kaunaʻoa) within 20 minute drive. Our kids loved the Hilton facilities (pools, dolphins, water-slides), and could spend the better part of the day there for $30 per kid (Website hidden by Airbnb) Restaurants in the King and Queens shops (~15 minute walk, 5 min drive) away were open, and reasonably priced. Expect groceries at the Waikoloa village market to be ~20% more than in Kona, which are ~30% more than Seattle. Our host, Kristen was absolutely superb, fast response times, flexibility, just a great person to work with!
