The condo's primary bedroom boasts a dramatic vaulted ceiling, a California king bed, a lovely en suite bath, and a private lanai for enjoying your morning cup of Kona coffee while listening to the tranquil sounds of tropical birds singing. The second bedroom has two twin beds and its own full bath. Complete with striking tigerwood flooring in the common areas, F-100 features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and maple cabinetry, a dining area for six, and a living room with a sleeper sofa and large sliding glass doors that create a seamless transition to your incredible island surroundings.

Relax into a leisurely open-air dinner on your covered lanai with dining area and wet bar, while the sun sets over the Pacific Ocean in the distance. The Waikoloa Villas complex offers two swimming pools with cabanas, two hot tubs, and barbecue facilities. Surrounded by lush, manicured gardens with tropical flowers and graceful palm trees, the community also includes areas for guests to enjoy a nap in the shade or gaze at the starlit sky.

This South Kohala Gold Coast condo allows easy access to gorgeous Anaeho'omalu Bay (a sandy, protected cove with excellent swimming), as well as heavenly Hapuna Beach (the largest of Hawaii Island's white sand beaches, with good conditions for swimming, bodyboarding, sunbathing and snorkeling). A 10-minute stroll leads to the Waikoloa Village shopping center, where guests will find conveniences such as a supermarket, restaurants, a bank, and a gas station. Quality family time in paradise

This place was perfect for our family of five and just the break we needed both from the daily grind and the cold and snow of Alaska. What a treat to spend quality time with our three college age kids before we all part ways again. Returning to our villa at the end of a busy day adventuring, grilling dinner and dinning on the lanai as well as soaking in the hot tub was a perfect way to end each day. We really appreciated all the extras that came with the place. We had a wonderful time.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Waikoloa Village apartment. Communication with property management and the concierge service was excellent, they responded quickly and adequately to anything we needed. The unit is perfect for two couples, we especially enjoyed breakfast on the large patio in the morning. The pool is conveniently located and the village itself is a short drive from major attractions on the west coast of Big Island.

Quiet and comfortable villa in Upper Waikoloa Village

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is comfortable and has so many conveniences - beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and all of the necessities to cook/bbq for the family after a day at the beach. The location is quiet and our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub, especially because they were so quiet at such a busy holiday time. Beds were also comfy and neighbours are lovely and quiet as well.

Clean and affordable

Place is clean and maintained very well. Kitchen has all the utensils needed. Some of the best beaches like Kua, Hapuna all within 20 minutes drive. KTA store right there. Only minor nit is, if you are planning to work from there for sometime, internet is not the best but if you are just vacationing and you are looking to be in one place with short driving distance to best beaches, then this place is one of best affordable place.

We especially liked having access to the pools and the location was good to access many of the beaches in the area. Our dealings with the property management company were excellent. We were very pleasantly surprised by the property size, cleanliness and comfort. It's perfect for 6 people. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals. There was an abundance of beach equipment and toys. Having an washer and dryer in the condo was super convenient. The lanai was perfect for morning coffee and dinners. The closeness to the pool and BBQ area was a bonus. We would definitely come back again. One suggestion to the management company will be to try to get rid of the ants, they were almost everywhere in the condo and are super annoying. Boundless Hawaii gave us an option for late check out without charge, for which we're grateful. Mahalo.

We had a very enjoyable stay in beautiful Hawaii. Comfy condo with lots of beach equipment. Kitchen could use a couple of casserole type dishes in order to use the oven for cooking. Also perhaps more seating in the living room area.

Very nice condo on the golf course and next to the pool. The furnishings and kitchen are well appointed so we felt right at home. Easy to find and very close to groceries, a gas station as well as one of the best restaurants around- Pueo's Italiian. Just a little over an hour to Hilo, so day trips to the other side of the island is doable. I would stay here again.

it was busy doing a documentary on the icultural and science issues surrounding Mauna Kea. Location was perfect. It was a very hot time while we there and without AC we were glad to have the pool to cool off at the end of our work day.

We found the condo to be exactly as described. It has an excellent location, close to the pool, easy access from the parking lot and nice privacy being at the end of the building. Any small issues that came up were quickly taken care of by the Boundless Hawaii property management team. The reservation process was pretty simple as well. This was our 4th visit to the Big Island and we love it and the Waikoloa area. If you stay here you will be hard pressed to find anything to complain about. It truly is paradise! !

Tropical Paradise

We completely enjoyed our stay at the Piko Nani. The house is so new & immaculate. It feels like your in a tropical paradise with the coffee, papaya, lemons & tangerines everywhere, yet it's 10 minutes from town, very private. We really enjoyed the pool & heated hot tub! The weather in this area is perfect, as is the view. Very spacious home, great kitchen & bathrooms. Great outdoor areas. The beds are new & very comfortable. However this home is for the sure-footed, as the tile can be very slippery when wet. If you like luxury & privacy this is the place for you!
