The Big Island

On The Big Island, two beaches stand out from the crowd due to their color. Papakolea Beach is stunning with its deposits of peridots that created a green sand beach. Another colorful sight to see is Punalu’u Beach and its miles of black sand created by lava cooled by the ocean. A stunning sight of black sand bordered by the turquoise-green waters of the ocean.

Oahu

Relax with a hike to the 150-foot Manoa Waterfall, snorkel along the reef with sea turtles in the clear waters of Hanauma Bay, visit Diamond Head State Monument, step aboard the USS Bowfin Submarine Museum and Park, and learn about the legends and history of Hawaii at the Bishop Museum.
Maui
One of the best ways to explore Maui is a drive along the world-famous Hana Highway. The drive covers 64 scenic miles of twists, turns, rainforests, and waterfalls.
Take a seat on one of the rock formations while waiting for the Nakalele Blowhole to burst forth and release trapped seawater. The natural geyser is an impressive sight to see.
For more visual beauty, you can see for miles with a hike to the top of Haleakala Crater. If possible, arrive early so you can become enveloped in the morning light and peace and quiet that surrounds the area.
Kauai
Like the other Hawaiian Islands, Kauai has a nearly limitless list of things to do to experience the beauty, environment, and atmosphere of the tropical paradise.
