Meet Mark LeRoy — Chairman, The LeRoy Collection
Mark LeRoy founded The LeRoy Collection on the belief that luxury vacation rental management should be both a craft and a measurable performance. A licensed Realtor® (RS-76356) with more than 15 years of direct experience at Hualālai, Mauna Lani, and Mauna Kea Resorts, Mark built a team that has managed over 35,000 guest nights and $52M in revenue since 2013. These results are grounded in a simple conviction: a beautiful home is the starting point. Sustained revenue, protected asset value, and repeat guests are the proof.
The LeRoy Collection is not volume management. It is authorship. Each property is selected with intention, each guest experience is operated with precision, and each owner relationship is built around genuine partnership — transparent financials, proactive oversight, and performance that speaks for itself.
Day-to-day operations are led by Crystal Elliott, Director of Operations. Her on-the-ground expertise and care for both homes and homeowners are central to how The LeRoy Collection delivers on its standards — every detail, every day.
Before founding The LeRoy Collection, Mark spent 20 years as a creative director, brand strategist, and marketing leader — earning industry recognition and teaching advertising design at Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles. That background shapes everything: how The LeRoy Collection's homes are presented, how listings perform across global distribution channels, and how the brand commands attention in a competitive market.
Mark currently resides in Hawi, Hawaiʻi.
